Jingtang Port Container House

Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no direct mention of container houses in Jingtang Port, but the port area has achieved remarkable results in green energy applications and smart port construction, providing technical and management experience references for the development of green buildings such as container houses.

In terms of green energy applications, the container terminal in Jingtang Port achieves energy self-sufficiency and energy conservation and emission reduction through distributed photovoltaic projects and heat pump technologies. For example, Jintang Container has built a 2.3-megawatt distributed photovoltaic project on the roof of its warehouse, covering an area of 18,000 square meters and generating 2.6 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, all of which is used for production operations. At the same time, it promotes ground-source heat pump, water-source heat pump, and air-source heat pump technologies, saving 1.45 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 3,950 tons in total. If these technologies are applied to container houses, they can provide clean electricity and efficient heating/cooling solutions, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources.

In terms of smart port construction, Jingtang Port improves operational efficiency through automated equipment and intelligent management systems, indirectly providing references for the intelligent management of container houses. For example, Berth 25 has built the first fully automated container terminal in Hebei Province, applying globally pioneering high-efficiency cross-over twin-trolley quayside cranes, new-generation heavy-duty intelligent unmanned transport vehicles, and other equipment, along with a domestically produced TOS system to optimize operational processes, shorten operational times, and reduce carbon emissions. Such technologies can be transferred to the intelligent monitoring and energy management systems of container houses, enabling remote control and energy consumption optimization.

In terms of green port evaluation and ecological enhancement, the container terminal in Jingtang Port has passed the on-site evaluation for a 'four-star' green port, and its ecological reshaping experience provides references for the landscape integration of container houses. For example, the landscape enhancement project on the east side of Berth 27 has solved ecological problems through waste soil removal and saline-alkali land greening technologies, creating an ecological belt with scenic views throughout the year. If container houses are used as port supporting facilities, they can draw on such ecological design concepts to achieve harmonious coexistence between buildings and the environment.
