Jilin Cement Prefabricated House Installation
The installation process of cement prefabricated houses in Jilin mainly includes four steps: preparation stage, foundation treatment, component hoisting and connection, and inspection and cleaning.

Preparation stage: Before installation, all prefabricated components should be strictly inspected to ensure that their dimensions, specifications, and strength meet the design requirements. At the same time, check whether the positions and quantities of reserved sleeves and reinforcing bars are consistent with the design drawings to avoid affecting subsequent connections due to component errors. In addition, it is necessary to prepare auxiliary materials such as cement mortar and sealing materials in advance, as well as hoisting equipment such as cranes and hoists, and check whether the equipment performance meets the construction requirements.
Foundation treatment: According to the geological conditions and design requirements, the selected site should be subjected to foundation treatment. Usually, it is necessary to pour concrete pedestals or strip foundations to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the standards. During construction, the dimensions and elevations of each position should be measured strictly in accordance with the design drawings, and tools such as level gauges should be used for calibration. The errors should be controlled within the allowable range of the specifications to provide an accurate benchmark for subsequent component installation.
Component hoisting and connection: Hoist components such as columns, beams, and slabs in a sequential manner. When installing columns, they should be fixed with temporary supports and permanently connected after the verticality is corrected. The connection between beams and columns can be fixed with bolts or use the sleeve grouting process to ensure that the joint strength meets the seismic requirements. After the floor is installed, check the splicing gaps and fill the gaps between walls with high-strength mortar or sealant to prevent rainwater leakage. All connection parts should be reinforced in accordance with the specifications.
Inspection and cleaning: After the installation is completed, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out, focusing on checking whether the component connections are firm, whether the gap filling is dense, and whether the appearance is flat. Use professional tools to detect the verticality and levelness of the structure and repair local defects. Finally, clean up the construction site, remove excess materials and construction waste, keep the surrounding environment of the house clean, and put it into use only after passing the quality acceptance.
The entire installation process should strictly follow the construction specifications, and each link should be operated by professionals and data should be recorded to ensure the structural safety and service durability of the house.
