Jiaozuo Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 26 de septiembre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Jiaozuo mainly consists of four stages: preliminary communication, transportation and site entry, installation and construction, and delivery for use. The specific steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Installation Process

  1. Preliminary Communication and Plan Determination

    • Contact a professional rental company to clarify the usage scenario (such as events or construction sites), duration, quantity, and special requirements (such as barrier-free facilities).
    • The rental company sends personnel to conduct an on-site survey to confirm whether the installation location has power and drainage conditions and to formulate an installation plan.
    • Both parties sign a rental contract to clarify service content, costs, and liability clauses.
  2. Transportation and Site Entry Preparation

    • The rental company is responsible for transporting the mobile toilets to the designated location. The equipment must be secured during transportation to prevent damage.
    • Before installation, clean the site, level the ground to a horizontal state, and check whether the temporary drainage and power supply interfaces are available.
    • For some scenarios (such as public events), it is necessary to go through temporary facility filing procedures in advance.
  3. Installation, Construction, and Debugging

    • Main Body Positioning: Use a crane or manual labor to move the mobile toilet to the designated position, adjust the level, and reinforce the base to ensure stability.
    • Drainage Connection: Connect the drainage pipe to the nearest drainage point, test the smoothness of the drainage, and avoid leakage.
    • Water and Electricity Connection: The external power supply must be operated by a professional electrician to ensure circuit safety; the water inlet must be connected to a stable water source.
    • Function Debugging: Check whether the flushing system, lighting, and ventilation equipment are functioning properly, whether the water tank level is sufficient, and whether the drainage pipes are unobstructed.
    • Detail Inspection: Confirm that accessories such as door locks, partitions, and sinks are intact and clean and disinfect the interior.
  4. Delivery for Use and After-sales Support

    • Delivery and Acceptance: The rental company and the client jointly conduct an acceptance inspection to confirm that the quantity, function, and hygiene of the equipment meet the contract requirements.
    • Daily Maintenance: During the rental period, regular cleaning and repair services are provided to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
    • Removal and Recycling: After the expiration of the usage period, the rental company is responsible for dismantling the equipment and cleaning the site.

II. Precautions

  • Before Installation: The site must be flat and solid, away from low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, with at least 0.5 meters of operating space reserved around it; check whether installation tools (such as wrenches and screwdrivers) are complete; arrange for dedicated personnel to cooperate on-site to ensure safety and order.
  • After Installation: Clean the surrounding environment in a timely manner to avoid garbage accumulation; ask the rental company to explain the usage methods (such as the location of the flushing and emergency buttons); check the equipment status daily during the event and contact for repairs immediately if any problems are found.

If any problems are encountered on-site, you can contact the rental company's technical personnel for assistance.
