Outstanding Development Achievements: In Nanjing, the development of prefabricated buildings has achieved remarkable results. Enterprise Innovation and Development: Huagu Intelligent in Meili Town, Changshu, has moved electromechanical pipelines into factory prefabrication. Its orders are scheduled until early 2027, with overseas sales accounting for about half of its total revenue. It has undertaken projects such as Hong Kong International Airport and Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory. Through factory prefabrication, it has solved efficiency issues on construction sites. Zhongjian Steel Structure Jiangsu Co., Ltd. in Jingjiang has secured its first North American order for a full range of modular houses. Its 'factory-built housing, on-site assembly' approach offers significant advantages. For example, in an 18-story high-rise residential project in Hong Kong, the construction period was shortened by 60% to 70%. Moreover, the company has obtained multiple core Canadian building standard certifications, laying the foundation for entering high-end overseas markets.

Compared to traditional construction methods, the construction period can be shortened by more than 50%, with less construction waste, being eco-friendly, controllable quality, and flexible disassembly and recycling. The product forms are diverse and widely used in various fields such as temporary resettlement, tourist homestays, commercial pop-ups, overseas engineering camps, and permanent residences and schools.
