Jiangmen Simple Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 06 de octubre de 2026

The installation steps for simple mobile toilets in Jiangmen vary depending on the type of toilet, mainly divided into split-type and integrated types, with specific installation processes as follows:

The installation of split-type mobile toilets should follow the sequence of chassis, walls, internal facilities, and functional debugging. The first step is to position the chassis and frame. Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge to ensure the stability of subsequent installations. The levelness of the chassis, as the foundation of the entire toilet, directly affects the installation of the walls and the overall structural strength. The second step is to install the walls and roof panels. Insert the sandwich panel wallboards one by one into the slots of the chassis, secure them with bolts or clips, and then install the roof panels and perform sealing treatment. Sandwich panels have the characteristics of thermal insulation and easy cleaning, and the sealing treatment can prevent rainwater leakage and extend the service life. This step can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, and attention should be paid to the flatness of the wallboard joints. The third step is to connect the internal facilities, including installing partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines should be operated by professionals, but the quick connectors designed with modularization can significantly shorten the installation time and lower the technical threshold. The final step is functional inspection and debugging, which involves conducting flushing tests, circuit checks, and sealing checks to ensure that all functions operate normally and avoid failures during later use.

The installation of integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets) is simpler. The core steps are hoisting into place and connecting pipelines. Since these types of toilets have already completed interior decoration and equipment integration in the factory, they only need to be hoisted to the predetermined location using lifting equipment on-site and then connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The modular design allows the overall installation time to be shortened to 2-4 hours, significantly improving construction efficiency. These toilets are mostly made of color-coated steel plates, which have the characteristics of thermal insulation, easy cleaning, and aesthetic appeal, and are sturdy and durable with a long service life, suitable for rapid deployment scenarios.

Whether it is a split-type or integrated mobile toilet, safe operation should be noted during the installation process, such as ensuring a flat site when using forklifts or lifting equipment to avoid tilting; water and electricity connections should comply with regulations to prevent electric shock or water leakage; and sealing treatment should be meticulous to ensure rainproof performance. In addition, regular maintenance should be carried out after installation to extend the service life of the toilet.
