The 18th building project of Phase II of Junkai Haoting in Xinhui sets a benchmark: As the first prefabricated building project in Jiangmen City to pass technical certification, this project has passed the technical evaluation at the design stage of prefabricated buildings and has been recognized as a Guangdong Prefabricated Building (Basic Level - Design Stage). The project is a high-rise residential building with a shear wall structural system, a height of 98.8 meters. The PC prefabricated building system is applied from the 2nd to the 33rd floors, with an application area of 14,958 square meters and an assembly rate of over 50%. The main prefabricated building systems include prefabricated bay windows, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated composite floor slabs, prefabricated air conditioning panels, prefabricated stairs and stair partition walls, ALC interior partition walls, integrated kitchens and bathrooms, and BIM technology applications, demonstrating the technical feasibility and economic efficiency of prefabricated buildings in high-rise residential buildings.
