Jianghan New Environmentally Friendly Mobile Toilet

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

When customizing Jianghan's new environmentally friendly mobile toilets, it is essential to focus on aspects such as waste treatment technology, exterior structure, waste disposal routes, and winter freeze prevention measures.

Waste Treatment Technology: The mainstream solutions include biological treatment and circulating flushing types. The biological treatment type utilizes a sealed fermentation chamber to decompose organic matter in feces by controlling temperature and humidity, allowing aerobic bacteria to generate carbon dioxide, water vapor, and a small amount of solid residue. However, this type requires high activity of microbial strains, and when customizing in the Jianghan area, the impact of low winter temperatures on degradation efficiency must be considered. Some manufacturers install insulation layers and heating devices. The circulating flushing type is equipped with a clean water tank and a wastewater tank. After preliminary filtration, the flushing water enters a treatment module that includes membrane separation technology and ultraviolet disinfection devices, making the water clear and reusable. Such public toilets do not require frequent removal, but the membrane components need to be replaced regularly, and there are strict restrictions on the use of detergents, as chemical foam can clog the membrane pores.

Exterior Structure Customization: The toilet body is usually divided into a functional compartment and an equipment compartment. The functional compartment is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and an exhaust fan; the equipment compartment houses the water tank, control board, and energy storage battery. Many custom orders request the installation of a photovoltaic roof to utilize solar power and reduce reliance on the municipal power grid. The toilet body is mostly made of galvanized steel plates and fluorocarbon paint to withstand the high-temperature and high-humidity weather in the Jianghan area during summer. The bottom of the feces collection tray is designed with a slope to ensure that the solid-liquid mixture naturally flows to the treatment unit, avoiding residue. Additionally, a negative pressure ventilation system is installed, with activated carbon filters on the exhaust ducts and louvered air inlets below the toilet doors to forcibly extract odors and adsorb them through the filters.

Final Disposal of Waste: The solid residue (approximately 10% of the original volume) from biological treatment public toilets needs to be regularly extracted by professional vehicles and sent to treatment plants for composting or incineration. The wastewater from circulating flushing types is collected in the wastewater tank and, upon reaching capacity, transported by suction trucks to the municipal sewer network. Some custom solutions include the installation of liquid level sensors to send real-time data to the management backend, indicating when removal is required.

Winter Freeze Prevention Measures: The pipelines beneath the sink are usually wrapped with electric tracing tape and covered with rubber-plastic insulation cotton externally. When the temperature drops below 5 degrees Celsius, the thermostat automatically activates the heating circuit to prevent the water pipes from freezing and expanding.
