The annual goals are to continue upgrading and transforming rural public toilets below Class III standards in 2024 and provide construction subsidies in 2025.
• Composition of Investment Funds: The subsidy funds for rural public toilet construction in Jiading District are 9,800,000.00 yuan. The subsidy standards are 40,000 yuan per toilet for planned reserved villages upgraded to Class III, 60,000 yuan per toilet for those upgraded to above Class III, and 30,000 yuan per toilet for non-planned reserved villages.
• Policy Benefits: After the implementation of this plan, in terms of social benefits, it can improve the construction level of rural public toilets; in terms of ecological benefits, it can optimize the rural living environment; in terms of service object satisfaction, the goal is to increase villager satisfaction to ≥ 90.00%.
