Internal Installation of Mobile Toilets
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
The internal installation of mobile toilets varies depending on the type. The installation methods for common mobile toilets and classic gray metal carved mobile toilets are as follows:

Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets
- Check Components: After receiving the mobile toilet, first open the package and carefully check whether all components are present. This is the foundation for ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent installation. If any components are missing, promptly contact the supplier for replacement to avoid installation interruptions or inability to use the toilet normally due to insufficient components.
- Install the Flange and Connecting Components: When installing the toilet flange, ensure that the center of the flange is precisely aligned with the center of the sewer pipe, and then place the toilet upright. Next, install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and the spray head, and screw on the toilet water inlet hose. These operations must be carried out in strict order to ensure that all components are tightly connected and prevent issues such as water leakage.
- Assemble the Spray Head: When assembling the toilet spray head, tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends to ensure a good seal. After assembly, connect the spray head to the other end of the three-way joint, and then firmly clamp the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way joint to ensure that the spray head bracket is securely installed and can stably support the spray head.
- Test the Water and Apply Sealant: After completing the above installation steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check whether functions such as flushing and water inlet are normal and whether there are any water leaks. If the water test is successful, finally apply sealant. Applying sealant can enhance the seal between the toilet and the floor, preventing the emission of odors and sewage leakage.
- Install Anti-slip Pads and Secure the Upper and Lower Buckets: Insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom to provide anti-slip and shock-absorbing effects. Then align the upper and lower buckets and press down on the buckles to ensure they are securely fastened, ensuring a stable connection between the upper and lower buckets.
Installation of Classic Gray Metal Carved Mobile Toilets
The classic gray metal carved mobile toilet comes with complete internal sanitary fixtures and is ready for use upon placement. The toilet cubicle is equipped with a urinal, and the individual squatting positions are fully equipped. Its installation is relatively simple. Generally, it only needs to be placed in a suitable location, ensuring that the ground is level. If there is a need, connect the water and electricity lines, and then it can be put into use without the need for complex component assembly like mobile toilets.
