Integrated Housing Container Mobile House
Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026
Integrated housing container mobile houses are movable, modular buildings that are either renovated from standard containers or designed based on the modular concept of containers. They feature rapid deployment, sturdy structures, and recyclability, and are widely used in scenarios such as construction site offices, temporary residences, commercial cultural tourism, and emergency support.

Structural Types and Characteristics
- Container Type: Using standard containers (e.g., 20-foot and 40-foot) as carriers, they are renovated to form independent office or living units. The advantages lie in their sturdy structures, convenient transportation, support for single-container use or multi-container assembly, and suitability for project departments and construction site command centers.
- Foldable Type: Designed with a folding structure, they compress in volume during transportation and can be quickly unfolded on site (unfolding time for a single set ≤ 30 minutes). They are suitable for scenarios such as exploration teams and temporary command posts that require frequent relocation.
- Assembled Type: Composed of light steel keels and color-coated steel plates, they are modularly assembled on site and can be flexibly expanded according to the number of people and functional zoning. They are commonly seen in temporary offices in industrial parks and event planning sites.
- Expandable Type: Additional side or end expansion cabins are added to the containers, increasing the usable area by 30%-50% when unfolded. They are suitable for long-term on-site offices with high requirements for spatial comfort.
- Customized Creative Type: Incorporating elements such as glass curtain walls, wood-grain finishes, and irregular structures, they are used for brand displays, cultural and creative parks, and high-end temporary offices. They balance functionality and visual expression to meet personalized needs.
Core Advantages
- Rapid Deployment: Modular design supports factory prefabrication, and only lifting and joint treatment are required on site, resulting in a short construction cycle.
- Structural Stability: High-strength steel structures (e.g., galvanized steel frames) and anti-corrosion treatments (e.g., zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat) ensure durability, with some products able to withstand extreme environments ranging from -50°C to 60°C.
- Recyclability: They support multiple disassembly and reassembly for reuse (the average reuse times of leading products are ≥ 8), and the amount of construction waste generated is reduced by approximately 90% compared to traditional fixed temporary buildings.
- Scenario Adaptability: Through modular assembly, facade customization, and internal functional renovation, they can be adapted to diverse scenarios such as engineering camps, mobile commerce, cultural and tourism accommodations, and emergency support.
