Integral House Prefabricated Mold Structure
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
The structures of integral house prefabricated molds vary depending on their types and purposes. Common types include cement house molds and prefabricated component molds, with specific structures as follows:

Cement House Molds
- Core Components: These include mold liners, exterior wall molds, bases, and slide rails. These components work together to form the molding space for cement houses, ensuring that the cement can form the house structure as designed during the pouring and molding process.
- Overall Structure: The main body is welded from 6 - 8mm high-strength steel plates, which have high strength and durability, enabling them to withstand the pressure and weight during the cement pouring process. The frame is reinforced with section steel, further enhancing the overall stability and load-bearing capacity of the mold. The surface undergoes sandblasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating. Sandblasting removes rust and impurities from the steel plate surface, improving its smoothness; electrostatic powder coating forms a protective film on the surface, preventing the mold from rusting and corroding, and extending its service life. The standard mold dimensions are 6 - 12m in length, 3 - 4.5m in width, and 2.8 - 3.2m in height, and it supports adjustments to window and door预留位 (reserved positions) and internal partitions according to housing design requirements. Structurally, it adopts a split-type combined design, consisting of side molds, top molds, bottom molds, and support systems, which are connected and fixed with bolts. This design facilitates the installation, disassembly, and transportation of the mold, improving construction efficiency.
Prefabricated Component Molds
- Typical Structure: These are composed of standardized components including bottom molds, side molds, and end molds. These components together form the molding space for prefabricated components, ensuring that the shape and dimensions of the components meet design requirements.
- Mold System Classification: Existing mold systems can be divided into independent molds and large-base molds. Independent molds use a relatively large amount of steel and are suitable for projects with a single type of component and a high number of repetitions, ensuring the stability and reusability of the mold. Large-base molds only require the fabrication of side molds, and the bottom molds can be reused in other projects, improving mold utilization and reducing costs.
- Main Mold Types: These include large-base molds (platforms), composite floor molds, balcony slab molds, stair molds, interior wall panel molds, and exterior wall panel molds, etc. These molds are designed for different prefabricated components and can meet the production needs of various building components.
