Integral Cement Prefabricated House
Integral cement prefabricated houses have characteristics such as fast construction speed, low cost, high safety, good energy efficiency, and excellent environmental protection, but they also have limitations such as difficulty in modifying the shape, monotonous appearance, and the need for comfort improvements.

Fast construction speed: Integral cement prefabricated houses are manufactured in factories in advance. Wall panels, floor slabs, and other modules are made using reinforced concrete and then directly hoisted at the construction site. For example, the main structure of a 200-square-meter villa can be completed in as fast as 4 hours, and a 100-square-meter house can be assembled in one day. Compared to traditional construction methods, this can save 90% of the time. This characteristic of rapid construction gives it a significant advantage in scenarios that require quick commissioning, such as temporary construction site housing and emergency relief housing.
Low cost: The main structure of a 100-square-meter house can be completed for 100,000 to 120,000 yuan, which is 30% cheaper than a brick-and-concrete structure. For a 100-square-meter house, it saves 60,000 yuan compared to a brick-and-concrete structure, and construction waste is reduced by 90%. However, prices vary among different brands and regions. For example, the price in Dingzhou City, Baoding, Hebei Province is 255.00 yuan per square meter, while in Zhumadian, Henan Province, prices are 300.00 yuan per square meter and 350.00 yuan per square meter, and in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, prices are mostly 650.00 yuan per square meter.
High safety: It uses a C35 concrete and thickened steel bar framework, which has been tested to withstand a Category 12 typhoon. During the Jishishan earthquake in Gansu Province, 2,000 relief houses were built in 72 hours, and in simulation tests, the houses only shifted by 3 centimeters, fully demonstrating their good seismic performance.
Good energy efficiency: The insulation layer is pre-embedded, which can save half of the heating costs in winter and effectively reduce energy consumption, aligning with the development concept of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Excellent environmental protection: The formaldehyde content is only one-third of the national standard, which is more friendly to the health of occupants and reduces the risk of indoor air pollution.
Limitations: For special shapes such as rounded balconies, an additional 20% customization fee is required. Modular buildings have a relatively monotonous appearance. For long-term residence, it is recommended to install sound insulation cotton and insulation boards, and ensure proper waterproofing at the roof joints to improve living comfort. Integral cement prefabricated houses are suitable for temporary construction site housing, rural self-built houses, etc. If speed is a priority, prefabricated houses can be chosen; if comfort is a priority, appropriate modifications are needed.
