Indoor Mobile Toilet Installation Diagram

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

Currently, we cannot directly provide an installation diagram for indoor mobile toilets, but we can introduce the installation process and key points. Mobile toilets are mostly factory-prefabricated products, and on-site installation is relatively simple. Below is a general installation process and precautions:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Confirm Installation Location: Choose an area with good ventilation, a flat ground, and easy access for connecting the sewage pipe. Avoid installing in damp or easily flooded areas to prevent equipment damage from moisture.
  2. Check Equipment Integrity: Upon receiving the mobile toilet, immediately open the packaging and check the parts list to ensure that key components such as the main structure, sewage pipe, water tank (if water-flush type), and fixing bolts are complete and undamaged.
  3. Prepare Tools: Prepare basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels according to the equipment type. If the equipment needs to be fixed, prepare an electric drill and expansion bolts as well.

II. Installation Steps

  1. Position the Main Body: Move the mobile toilet main body to the predetermined location and use a spirit level to adjust the equipment's levelness, ensuring that the sewage outlet aligns with the ground's reserved pipe to prevent leakage during later use.
  2. Fix the Equipment: If the equipment needs to be fixed, use an electric drill to drill holes in the ground, install expansion bolts, and tightly connect the equipment base to the bolts to enhance stability.
  3. Connect the Sewage System: Depending on the equipment type (such as direct-discharge or fecal-storage type), connect the sewage pipe to the ground's reserved pipe or fecal-storage tank, ensuring that the interface is tightly sealed to prevent odor leakage.
  4. Install the Water Tank (Water-flush Type): If it is a water-flush mobile toilet, fix the water tank at the designated position on the equipment, connect the water inlet pipe, and test the water pressure to ensure normal flushing function.
  5. Power Test (Electric Type): If the equipment is equipped with an electric flushing or ventilation system, connect the power supply and test the function to ensure electrical safety without short-circuit risks.

III. Inspection and Debugging After installation is complete, conduct a comprehensive inspection:

  • Test the flushing function, observing whether the water flow is smooth and whether the sewage is thoroughly discharged.
  • Check the tightness of doors and windows to ensure no odor leakage.
  • Confirm that the fixing bolts are tightened and the equipment is stable without wobbling or tilting.

IV. Precautions

  • Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid scratches or contact with sharp parts.
  • If the equipment needs to be connected to the municipal sewage system, confirm the pipe diameter and slope requirements in advance.
  • Regularly clean the sewage pipe to prevent blockage and affect use.
