Indoor Mobile Integral Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

An indoor mobile integral toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers. The following is an introduction from the aspects of types, composition, classification, and design principles:

  • Common Types

    • Economical and Practical Model: The overall appearance features a gray-and-white metal carved panel. It is designed with multiple squatting positions, such as 8 squatting positions, and has separate entrance doors for men's and women's toilets. The front wall is equipped with sliding windows and stone wall lamps. Each toilet compartment is an independent squatting position with complete water, electricity, and sanitary ware, meeting basic toilet needs in an economical way.
    • Regular Model: Also using a gray-and-white color scheme, it is divided into male and female areas. The overall steel structure frame is firmly welded for durability. There are sliding windows for lighting and ventilation on the front, complete male and female signs, and gray aluminum alloy exterior doors, providing relatively private spaces for users as independent rooms.
  • Basic Composition It generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. The fecal sewage storage tank or treatment device is used to collect and treat fecal sewage; the floor slab ensures the safety of users when walking; sanitary ware includes toilets or squatting pans; walls serve to separate and protect privacy; washing equipment facilitates user cleaning; the water tank provides water for flushing; the roof protects against wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the overall movement of the toilet.

  • Classification Methods

    • By Structural Form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single structure is relatively simple and independent, while the composite structure may be composed of multiple parts and may have more complex and diverse functions.
    • By Moving Method: It is classified into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling types are suitable for short-distance movement, while powered and towed types can be moved over longer distances with the help of powered equipment.
    • By Sewage Treatment Method: It includes water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different treatment methods are suitable for different environments and needs.
  • Design Principles The design should follow the principles of being mobile and convenient, economical and durable; being environmentally friendly and beneficial to the environment; and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible while being sturdy. The height and width of the toilet should also be considered in the design, and the mobile device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality to ensure smooth movement and normal use.
