Huludao Container House Installation
The installation process of container houses (packing-box units) in Huludao mainly includes five steps: pre-transportation handling, on-site foundation preparation, main structure installation, sealing and waterproofing treatment, and internal equipment debugging and detail repair.

Pre-transportation handling: To reduce space occupation during transportation, standard containers are folded or disassembled before transportation, allowing them to be transported using ordinary freight vehicles. For containers of special sizes, due to their larger volume, flatbed trucks or low-chassis vehicles are required to ensure safe and stable transportation.
On-site foundation preparation: The installation of container houses has certain requirements for the site. First, the site needs to be leveled to ensure a flat and debris-free ground. Then, depending on the design requirements, a concrete foundation is poured, or a steel frame foundation is used to adapt to different terrains and geological conditions, providing a stable foundation for subsequent installation work.
Main structure installation: A crane is used to lift the containers to the predetermined positions, and workers assemble them in the order of their numbers. The connection of the main structure is mainly achieved through bolt connections, which are not only fast but also stable. The containers are fixed with special connectors to ensure that the entire structure forms a stable whole.
Sealing and waterproofing treatment: After the connection of the main structure is completed, the gaps between the containers need to be sealed to prevent wind and rain from entering. Then, a roof waterproofing layer is installed to ensure that the house remains dry even on rainy days. Finally, exterior wall decorative panels are installed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of the house.
Internal equipment debugging and detail repair: The final step of the installation work is to debug the internal equipment, such as connecting and testing the water and electricity lines, to ensure the normal operation of the internal facilities of the house. At the same time, any detail issues that may arise during the installation process are repaired and improved to ensure that the entire container house reaches its optimal usage state. Since most of the manufacturing work for the modules of container houses is completed in the factory, on-site work mainly focuses on the above steps, resulting in a relatively short construction period.
