Huining Prefabricated Cement House
Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026
Currently, there is a lack of targeted and detailed introduction to Huining prefabricated cement houses. However, prefabricated cement houses have characteristics such as a short construction period, low cost, and good earthquake resistance, but they also have shortcomings such as limited personalization in spatial layout and poor sound insulation and thermal insulation of walls.

Advantages
- Short construction period: Prefabricated cement houses are produced through fully mechanized factory prefabrication. The production cycle for a single module is only 7 days, with an error controlled within 2 millimeters. During on-site hoisting, with the help of a 50-ton crane and an intelligent positioning system, the main body of a single villa can be installed in 4 hours. Taking the construction site in Qixian, Henan as an example, a crane precisely hoists a 30-ton concrete module, and after 4 hours, the main body of a three-story villa with an area of 200 square meters stands up. A 100-square-meter house can be ready for occupancy in just 5 days from an empty lot, greatly shortening the construction time.
- Low cost: The factory prefabrication method reduces the labor and material input for on-site construction, thereby lowering construction costs. At the same time, due to the short construction period, other costs incurred from long-term construction, such as site rental fees, are also reduced.
- Good earthquake resistance: If the prefabricated components are from a regular company and are assembled by professionals, prefabricated cement houses have relatively good earthquake resistance. Their structural design and connection methods have been professionally calculated and optimized, enabling them to withstand natural disasters such as earthquakes to a certain extent.
Disadvantages
- Limited personalization in spatial layout: The modular design makes the spatial layout of prefabricated cement houses relatively fixed, making it difficult to meet some personalized needs. Adjustments in regional functional dimensions and layouts cannot be made in detail, which may not be suitable for users with special spatial requirements.
- Poor wall sound insulation and thermal insulation: The walls of prefabricated cement houses are relatively thin. In cold regions, separate thermal insulation treatment is required. Moreover, the sound insulation effect of the walls is not as good as that of traditional buildings, which may affect living comfort.
- Poor connection fixity: The strong modularity leads to certain problems in connection fixity. It is relatively dangerous to build a low-rise house up to three stories or more. At the same time, cracks are inevitable in the assembled houses, especially at the joints with prefabricated panels. For rural self-built houses, the connection joints using grouting materials are not problems that can be solved by small local construction teams and require professional construction teams and equipment.
