Structural Design

The core of this vehicle-mounted toilet is a sliding rail system. The main body of the toilet is usually hidden directly beneath the driver's seat or the front passenger's seat. When needed, it can be pulled out and pushed back in after use, being an integral part of the original factory design. The seat cushion is detachable for easy cleaning. Below the toilet is a storage tank, and it may also integrate a heating rod for dehumidification or disinfection.

Odor Control Solutions

• Basic Solution: It adopts a physical sealing and adsorption approach. Silicone rings and double-layer cover plates are used to lock in odors, and activated carbon is employed to absorb residual smells, effectively reducing odor emission.
• 'Packaging' Concept: Similar to the vacuum toilets on airplanes or high-speed trains, it uses biodegradable plastic bags to package and seal the excreta. Meanwhile, a negative pressure system directly sucks the odors out of the vehicle, achieving 'water-free and odor-free' conditions.
• 'Foam Sealing' Technology: It uses a specially formulated foaming agent to generate a large amount of foam to cover the excreta, saving 98% of water and achieving a certain odor control effect while conserving water.
• 'Hot Press Sealing Film' Technology: This is the most cutting-edge technology, provided by a Swiss company. The excreta are immediately wrapped in multiple layers of special film and hot-pressed and sealed, ensuring an odor-free, water-free process without the need for chemical agents.
