How to Use Waterless Mobile Toilets

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The usage of waterless mobile toilets mainly consists of three stages: before use, during use, and after use. The specific operations are as follows:

Before use: It is essential to carefully inspect the installation status of the packing bags or containers. Confirm that the packing bags are firmly fixed in the designated positions and that the containers have good sealing properties to prevent the leakage of waste or the spread of odors due to improper installation. Some models of toilets are equipped with visual sealing detection devices. You can check the sealing status by observing the indicator lights or pressure gauges. For manual inspections, gently press the edges of the packing bags to check for any looseness or air leaks.

During use: The operation methods vary depending on the toilet model.

  • Mechanical film type: By stepping on the pedal or manually triggering the mechanical structure, a special biodegradable film will automatically be pulled down, wrap the waste, and form a sealed layer, which is then pushed into the collection bucket below. After each use, the film will automatically return to its initial position to ensure hygiene for the next use. This design prevents waste from coming into contact with the air through physical isolation, effectively suppressing the generation of odors.
  • Gravity packing type: Waste falls directly into the provided biodegradable environmental bags or sealed containers by gravity. Some models add biodegradable bacterial agents to accelerate waste treatment through microbial decomposition. High-end models adopt a double-layer sealing design, with the outer container completely isolating odors and the inner environmental bag holding the waste, providing a 'zero-contact' user experience. These toilets do not require flushing, and the system automatically completes the packing action after defecation, with no additional operations required by the user.

After use: Regular maintenance is necessary to ensure normal functionality. The replacement frequency of the packing bags is usually once every 50 - 100 uses, depending on the number of users and the amount of waste. Failure to replace them in a timely manner may lead to blockages or odor leakage. The wrapped waste is temporarily stored in the sealed bucket at the bottom. When the collection amount reaches 80% of the container's capacity, professional service personnel need to replace the entire waste bag or collection bucket. During the removal process, the sealed bucket is separated from the toilet body through buckles or threaded structures to ensure that the waste remains enclosed throughout the process and to prevent secondary pollution. Some models are equipped with overflow alarm devices. When the waste approaches the capacity limit, indicator lights or buzzers will alert maintenance personnel to handle it promptly.
