How to Use Toilet Mobile Storage Box

Admin 12 de octubre de 2026

The use of toilet mobile storage boxes depends on the type of mobile toilet, whether it is a packing-type or foldable-type. The core steps include triggering sealing, collecting waste, regular cleaning, and maintenance checks, as detailed below:

Use of Packing-Type Mobile Toilet Storage Boxes

  1. Trigger the Packing Device
After using the toilet, press the button beside the toilet or step on the foot switch to activate the mechanical or electric device. This device automatically seals the waste in a dedicated packing bag and cuts the packaging using heat-sealing technology to form an independent sealed package. This process does not require manual contact with the waste, ensuring hygiene.

  2. Collect the Sealed Packages
The sealed waste packages automatically fall into the storage tank (i.e., the storage box) below. The storage tank is usually designed to be leak-proof and can temporarily store multiple sealed packages, reducing the frequency of regular cleaning.

  3. Regular Collection and Disposal
Specialized personnel regularly clean the sealed packages from the storage tank and dispose of them according to local waste disposal regulations. For example, if the packing bags are biodegradable, they can be disposed of according to composting requirements; if they are ordinary plastic, they need to be placed in the general waste recycling system. Before cleaning, confirm the manufacturer's instructions to avoid incorrect classification.

  4. Inspection and Maintenance
Regularly check the remaining amount of packing film and replace it promptly if it runs out, as failure to do so will result in sealing failure. Before leaving the toilet unused, clean the inside of the storage box and release the tension of the packing mechanism (e.g., loosen the spring or reset the mechanical arm) to prevent parts from aging due to long-term stress.

Use of Foldable-Type Mobile Toilet Storage Boxes

  1. Connect to the Sewage System
Connect the independent sewage tank to the sewage pipe of the toilet body, ensuring a tight seal at the interface to prevent leaks during use. After connection, test the seal by injecting water.

  2. Add Cleaning Agents
Add an appropriate amount of degradable cleaning agent (such as a biological enzyme preparation) to the sewage tank to reduce odors and accelerate waste decomposition, extending the service life of the sewage tank.

  3. Clean After Use
After each use, wipe the surface of the toilet seat with a damp cloth or the配套 (matching) cleaning tool to avoid residue. If the inner wall of the sewage tank is stained with waste, rinse it with clean water and dry it.

  4. Preparation Before Storage
After cleaning, ensure that key parts such as folding joints and locks are completely dry to prevent bacterial growth or rusting of metal parts. When folding, press the buckles tightly in the designed direction to avoid loosening of the structure; at the same time, check the weight limit to prevent damage due to overloading.

General Precautions

  • Prohibit Direct Discharge: Untreated waste must not be poured into the natural environment (such as rivers or soil) and must be disposed of in compliance with regulations after sealing or degradation treatment.
  • Avoid Disposing of Foreign Objects: Do not throw non-degradable items such as tissues or plastic bags into the toilet during use to prevent clogging of the packing device or sewage pipe.
  • Regularly Check the Structure: For foldable toilets, regularly check the stability of the folding joints and tighten or replace parts promptly if any looseness is found.

The above operations should be adjusted according to the specific model. It is recommended to read the product manual or consult the manufacturer before first use.
