How to Use Mobile Public Toilets
Admin 19 de octubre de 2026
The use of mobile public toilets should be carried out according to their type (flushing or non-flushing) and functional characteristics. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Use of Flushing Mobile Toilets
Water Source and Pressure Check
- Before use, ensure that the toilet is connected to a clean water source and that the water pressure is sufficient (water quality and pressure may vary by region, affecting flushing performance). Insufficient water pressure may result in poor flushing or incomplete waste removal.
- The diameter of the inlet pipe is usually 1 inch (33mm). Ensure that the pipe is tightly connected to prevent leaks.
Winter Anti-Freezing Measures
- In low-temperature environments (especially in winter), turn on the heating wire switch and electric heater in advance to prevent pipe freezing.
- If the toilet is not in use during winter, empty the water from the water tank, inlet pipe, sink, and squat toilet to prevent equipment damage from freezing.
Waste Disposal Maintenance and Cleaning
- It is recommended to flush the waste disposal pipe with a high-pressure water gun every 20-60 days (20 days in winter, 60 days in summer) to prevent blockages. Pipe-type toilets have only one waste outlet and require regular cleaning of debris.
- The diameter of the waste outlet pipe is usually 110mm. If a septic tank is installed at the bottom, it can be expanded to 250mm. Adjust the maintenance frequency according to the actual configuration.
Electrical Configuration and Safety
- Select appropriate wires based on the equipment's power (e.g., 20W for exhaust fans, 300W for electric heaters) to avoid overloading.
- Before use, check that the electrical connections are secure to ensure safety.
II. Use of Non-Flushing Mobile Toilets
No Water Supply Dependency
- These toilets use eco-friendly technologies such as foam sealing and do not require a water connection, making them suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary settings (e.g., construction sites, outdoor events).
- Some products are equipped with rainwater collection and filtration systems or handwashing water reuse technology for water conservation.
Resource Recycling and Maintenance
- Regularly check the stock of foam liquid or biodegradable materials and replenish them promptly to ensure sealing effectiveness.
- Clean the fecal storage tank or collection container to prevent odor spread or overflow.
III. General Usage Guidelines
Structural Safety Check
- After installation, check the sealing of lifting points for suspended mobile toilets to prevent rain leaks.
- Ensure that the waste outlet is tightly connected to the septic tank or waste disposal pipe to prevent leaks.
Scenario Adaptation and Configuration
- Configure the ratio of male and female squat toilets based on foot traffic (e.g., 1:1 in scenic areas, 3:2 at construction sites) to improve efficiency.
- Public toilets should have clear signs for easy location and be equipped with facilities such as hooks and sinks to enhance the user experience.
Specific operations should refer to the equipment manual or guidance from the service provider, such as the location of the flush valve for flushing toilets or the method of adding foam liquid for non-flushing toilets.
