How to Unload Container Houses

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

The dismantling of container houses should follow the principles of safety, orderliness, and recyclability, and be carried out in reverse order from top to bottom and from outside to inside. The specific process is as follows:

I. Preparation Stage

  1. Plan Approval and Briefing: Prepare a special safety construction plan, have it approved by relevant departments, and conduct safety technical briefings for operators to clarify operating procedures and risk points.
  2. Site Cleaning and Inspection: Clear obstacles and flammable and explosive materials from the site, set up warning areas; inspect the container structure for deformation, corrosion, or damage to ensure safe dismantling.

II. Standard Dismantling Process

  1. Single-story Container Houses:
    • Dismantle in the order of wall panels → roof panels → purlins → high-strength bolts → embedded bolts → embedded steel plates.
    • After using tools to release bolt connections, decompose the box structure to avoid material damage caused by violent dismantling.
  2. Double-story Container Houses:
    • First, dismantle the upper-story container and its fixtures (such as connecting bolts and support frames), and then handle the lower-story structure.
    • During dismantling, secure the lower-story box to prevent overturning or sliding and ensure the safety of personnel and items.
  3. Folding Container Houses:
    • Follow the principle of "top to bottom, outside to inside" and dismantle layer by layer and part by part.
    • Use hydraulic folding devices or professional equipment (such as gantry cranes) to assist in unfolding or folding, improving efficiency.

III. Tools and Equipment

  1. General Tools: Wrenches, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, pliers, electric screwdrivers, or low-speed drills for releasing bolt connections.
  2. Special Equipment: Gantry cranes, container forklifts, and reach stackers for lifting and transporting boxes, operated by certified personnel.

IV. Safety Precautions

  1. Environmental Restrictions: Do not operate in severe weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, or heavy snow to prevent falling objects or equipment malfunctions.
  2. Team Collaboration: Multiple people should cooperate when working at heights or lifting heavy objects. Single-person operation is prohibited to avoid accidents.
  3. Personal Protection: Wear safety helmets, protective glasses, earplugs, and gloves. For work at heights, set up scaffolding and safety nets.

V. Material Handling and Environmental Protection

  1. Sorting and Recycling: Store reusable materials such as metals and wood separately. Materials that cannot be reused should be entrusted to professional agencies for environmentally friendly disposal.
  2. Green Construction: The dismantled boxes and materials have high recycling value, meet low-carbon environmental requirements, and reduce construction waste.

Tip: Dismantling container houses involves working at heights and operating heavy equipment. It is recommended to be completed by a professional team to ensure safety and efficiency.
