How to Tie Mobile Toilets
Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026
When transporting mobile toilets in Guilin, they can be securely tied by selecting appropriate fixing tools and determining reasonable fixing positions.

Select Appropriate Fixing Tools
- Use Straps: For small mobile toilets, high-strength nylon straps can be chosen. The straps should have sufficient width and tensile strength, generally with a width of over 5 centimeters and a tensile strength of no less than 5000 kilograms. Wrap the straps around the fixing points at the bottom or sides of the mobile toilet, and then firmly tie them to the fixing rings or rails of the transport vehicle. Ensure the straps are tight and leave no room for looseness to prevent the mobile toilet from shifting due to shaking during transportation.
- Employ Chains and Steel Wire Ropes: For large or heavy mobile toilets, it is recommended to use chains or steel wire ropes for fixing. Chains and steel wire ropes have stronger load-bearing capacities and can better handle bumps and shaking during transportation. For example, choose steel wire ropes with a diameter of no less than 8 millimeters, paired with professional steel wire rope clamps. Fix the steel wire ropes to the sturdy parts of the mobile toilet and the corresponding fixing points on the vehicle. Use at least 3 clamps for each fixing point, and ensure the spacing between clamps is no less than 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope to guarantee a firm connection and prevent the steel wire rope from slipping under tension.
Determine Reasonable Fixing Positions
- Bottom Fixing: At the four corners or edge positions of the bottom of the mobile toilet, there are usually specially designed fixing points or reinforcing structures. Connect the straps, chains, or steel wire ropes to these positions and tighten them using the fixing rings or brackets at the bottom of the vehicle. This ensures the bottom of the mobile toilet is closely attached to the vehicle compartment, preventing it from moving left, right, front, or back and ensuring stability during transportation.
- Side Fixing: For taller or easily shaken mobile toilets, in addition to bottom fixing, auxiliary fixing on the sides is also required. Look for suitable fixing points on the middle or upper parts of the sides of the mobile toilet, such as handles or rails. Tilt the straps or steel wire ropes and fix them to the side rails or pillars of the vehicle, forming a triangular stable structure. This enhances the stability of the mobile toilet and prevents it from tipping over during transportation.
