How to Store Portable Toilets

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The following methods can be referred to for storing portable toilets, achieving efficient organization through reasonable space planning:

  1. Optimization of the sink area The sink area is a key storage spot. Follow the principle of 'making frequently used items visible and less frequently used items hidden'. Put less frequently used skincare products and spare toiletries into covered storage boxes to avoid clutter on the countertop. Keep frequently used items (such as facial cleanser and hand cream) to no more than three and place them directly in prominent positions on the countertop. A mirror cabinet can be installed behind the mirror, with layered shelves inside for storing small items like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. If space allows, install a magnetic rack on the wall to attach metal toothbrush holders and razor holders, saving space and facilitating access.

  2. Layering and fine zoning of the bathroom cabinet The interior of the bathroom cabinet should be planned in layers according to the height of items and their frequency of use. Place toiletries (such as shampoo and body wash) on the upper layer, textiles like towels and bath towels in the middle layer, and install telescopic rods and hanging storage boxes in the lower layer. Utilize the space around the drainpipe to store cleaning tools (such as brushes and sponges). Hooks or magnetic strips can be stuck on the inside of the cabinet door to hang cleaning cloths, hairbands, and other small items. If the cabinet is deep, purchase movable partitions or plastic drawer-type storage boxes to flexibly adjust the zoning according to the size of items and avoid wasting space.

  3. Utilization of vertical wall space The wall is an often-overlooked 'golden area' for storage. Install stainless steel hanging rods or suction-cup hooks on the wall of the shower area to hang bath brushes and loofahs. Install multi-tiered shelves above the toilet to store toilet paper and cleaning agents. Install narrow hooks below the mirror cabinet to hang facial cleansers and hairbands. Wall-mounted designs reduce the accumulation of items on the countertop, lower the difficulty of cleaning, and maintain a sense of spaciousness.

  4. Development of narrow cabinets and corner spaces Install a floor-to-ceiling narrow cabinet with a width of no more than 10 centimeters on one side of the sink or behind the toilet. Use a pull-out design and install layered shelves inside to specifically store scattered items such as toothpaste, skincare product samples, and spare facial cleansers. If space is limited, install a triangular rotating shelf at the corner between the sink and the wall or use adhesive storage boxes fixed on the inside of the cabinet door to maximize the use of every inch of space.

  5. Improvement of practicality through niche design If wall renovation is involved during decoration (such as knocking down walls or enclosing pipes), niches can be designed simultaneously. Embed niches with a depth of 15 - 20 centimeters in the wall of the shower area and store body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in layers to prevent bottles and jars from being exposed, which may cause water accumulation or slippage. The edges of the niches can be rounded to prevent bumps. At the same time, use waterproof tiles to enhance durability and aesthetics.
