How to Remove Mobile Plastic Toilet

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The removal of mobile plastic toilets requires specific operations based on their types, with different steps for household and public/commercial scenarios, and strict adherence to regulations to ensure safety.

I. Household Mobile Plastic Toilets (Without Shower)

  1. Preparation Before Removal

    • Empty the waste tank of any waste, deodorizers, or coagulants to prevent environmental contamination from residues.
    • Spray the toilet surface with disinfectant, let it sit for 5 minutes, and then wipe it down to reduce the risk of bacterial spread.
  2. Component Separation Steps

    • Release the Fixing Device: Most toilets are connected to the bracket via a rotating snap-fit (marked 'PUSH'). Press the snap-fit and rotate it counterclockwise by half a turn to separate.
    • Remove the Hose: Use a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry open the plastic retaining ring of the exhaust pipe or splash-proof hose at the back, and pull the hose straight up.
    • Separate the Seat Assembly: Flip up the toilet seat, use needle-nose pliers to grip both ends of the metal shaft of the hinge, and slowly pull it out. Save the rubber shock absorber for future use.
    • Fold the Bracket: Some models (such as Jinshukang, Anshubao) have a quick-release button at the bracket connection. After removal, the bracket can be folded into a 70×40cm flat shape for easy transport.
  3. Subsequent Treatment

    • Soak the screw holes in a 1:50 solution of 84 disinfectant for 20 minutes to prevent odors from residual dirt.
    • Components made of a combination of eco-friendly PP material and ABS engineering plastic can be sorted and placed in community-designated plastic recycling bins.
    • For models that cannot be disassembled, call the manufacturer using the production number stamped on the bottom of the toilet. Some companies offer free on-site recycling services.

II. Mobile Toilets with Showers (Public/Commercial)

  1. Disconnect Water Supply and Drainage

    • Close the main water supply valve and drain all residual water from the toilet to prevent leaks during removal.
    • Use a pipe wrench or spanner to loosen the nuts connecting the sewage pipe, water inlet pipe, and equipment, and disconnect the pipe connections.
  2. Remove Modular Components

    • Shower Area: Disconnect the shower wastewater pipe connection, remove the fixing slots or screws, and take down the entire shower enclosure.
    • Changing Area/Storage Area: Separate the connection structures between modules and disassemble the walls, floors, and other附属 (accessory) components in reverse order.
    • Toilet/Commode: Use a spanner to remove the nuts connecting the seat and water tank, flip it over, and remove the toilet body.
  3. Handle Accessories and Details

    • Clean and sort removable accessories such as sinks, mirrors, and paper towel holders for storage.
    • Be careful to protect the floor/walls during removal to avoid damage from improper tool use.

III. General Precautions

  • Wear protective clothing, gloves, and other protective gear before operation to avoid contact with waste or sharp components.
  • For complex structures (such as built-in equipment), it is recommended to contact professionals to prevent damage to the toilet body or surrounding facilities.
  • The installation and removal of mobile toilets must be carried out in strict accordance with regulations to ensure safety and reduce environmental pollution.
