How to Remove Container House Exhaust Ventilation

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

To remove the exhaust ventilation of a container house, choose the appropriate method based on the type of ventilation, mainly divided into two removal methods for ventilation hoods and exhaust fans. The specific steps are as follows:

Removing the Ventilation Hood

The ventilation hood is usually installed on the outside or top of the container house to protect the exhaust system from external environmental influences. Step 1, Prepare tools: You need to prepare a suitable screwdriver. Ensure that the size of the screwdriver matches the specifications of the screws around the ventilation hood for smooth disassembly. Step 2, Remove the screws: Use the screwdriver to remove the screws around the ventilation hood one by one. During the removal process, pay attention to keeping the screws to avoid losing them for subsequent installation or maintenance. Step 3, Pry the ventilation hood: Insert the screwdriver into the gap between the ventilation hood and the container house and gently pry the ventilation hood. When prying, pay attention to applying even force to avoid deforming the ventilation hood or damaging the surface of the container house due to excessive force. Step 4, Take down the ventilation hood: When the connection between the ventilation hood and the container house becomes loose, hold the ventilation hood with both hands and slowly take it down. After taking it down, check if the ventilation hood is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it in a timely manner.

Removing the Exhaust Fan

The exhaust fan is generally installed inside the container house to achieve air circulation and exchange. Step 1, Cut off the power safely: Before removing the exhaust fan, ensure that the circuit where the exhaust fan is located has been safely cut off to avoid electric shock accidents. You can use a voltage tester to test the circuit and confirm that there is no electricity before proceeding with subsequent operations. Step 2, Remove the grille: The exhaust fan is usually equipped with a grille to protect the fan blades and prevent foreign objects from entering. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws around the grille and then carefully take down the grille. Step 3, Remove the ventilation duct: If the exhaust fan is connected to a ventilation duct, loosen the connection between the ventilation duct and the exhaust fan. Some ventilation ducts may be connected by snaps. Just press the snaps to separate them; some may require the use of a screwdriver to remove the screws. Step 4, Remove the fixing screws: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws that fix the exhaust fan to the container house one by one. During the removal process, pay attention to the weight of the exhaust fan to avoid it falling and causing damage. Step 5, Disconnect the wire connections: Find the wire connection points of the exhaust fan and use appropriate tools to disconnect the wires. Before disconnecting the wires, it is best to mark the wires for correct connection during subsequent installation.
