How to Move Environmental Toilets

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

Environmental toilets are mainly moved through frame structure hoisting or towing and hitching methods. Their moving methods primarily rely on the coordination of design structures and transportation tools, and can be specifically divided into the following two types:

Hoisting and Moving of Frame Structures

The main frame of an environmental mobile toilet is usually welded from steel. The bottom is reinforced with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns are constructed using square steel. This frame structure has high structural strength and stability, enabling it to withstand the tension and pressure during the hoisting process. When moving, the entire toilet can be lifted by a crane or hoist and placed onto a transportation vehicle. After being transported to the designated location, it can be installed through hoisting again. The advantage of this method is its strong adaptability, suitable for most terrain and site conditions, and the hoisting process causes minimal damage to the toilet structure. Additionally, the frame design facilitates disassembly and reassembly. If long-term position adjustments are required, it can be disassembled and then reassembled, reducing transportation costs.

Overall Moving through Towing and Hitching

Some environmental toilets adopt a towing and hitching design, equipped with a wheeled chassis or towing device at the bottom, which can be directly connected to a trailer or towing vehicle. These toilets are often referred to as mobile environmental smart public toilets, with the core feature of being able to be moved as a whole without disassembly. When moving, simply connect the toilet to the towing vehicle's hitch, and it can be towed away at any time like transporting a container, suitable for temporary events, construction sites, or scenarios requiring frequent position changes. Towing toilets offer higher moving efficiency, but attention must be paid to road traffic conditions (such as turning radius, slope, etc.) and the towing vehicle's load-bearing capacity to ensure transportation safety.

Key Considerations during the Moving Process

Whether hoisting or towing and moving, it is necessary to plan the route in advance, avoiding low bridges, height-restricted areas, or soft ground to prevent structural damage. After reaching the destination, use a level to adjust the toilet's verticality and secure the bottom with expansion bolts or ground anchors to prevent晃动 (shaking, here translated as 'shaking' in the context of preventing instability) from affecting usage safety. Additionally, if the toilet is equipped with water and electricity connections, reconnect and test the functions after moving to ensure the normal operation of the sewage and water supply systems.
