How to Make a Prefabricated House Base

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The method of making a prefabricated house base varies depending on the type of house. Common types include hollow brick house bases, container house cement bases, and cement house mold prefabricated bases. Here are the specific construction methods:

Hollow Brick House Base Construction

  1. Bottom Layer Treatment: First, pour concrete on the bottom layer to ensure the ground is level and has basic load-bearing capacity. After the concrete is completely dry, lay hollow bricks on its surface. This step requires strict control of the concrete mix ratio and pouring thickness to avoid cracking due to uneven drying.
  2. Laying Hollow Bricks: Use three layers of hollow bricks to construct the base. When laying, fill the hollow parts of the bricks with cement mortar and insert steel bars horizontally to enhance structural stability. The specifications and spacing of the steel bars should be determined based on the house load calculations, typically using 6-8mm diameter deformed steel bars with a spacing not exceeding 30cm.
  3. Subsequent Installation: After the three-layer hollow brick base is completely dry, install long wooden planks on the top surface as a connecting layer. The wooden planks should be treated for corrosion resistance and fixed to the hollow brick surface with screws through drilled holes. Then, install the wooden frame and roof of the house, ensuring all components are tightly connected.

Container House Cement Base Construction

  1. Clean the Foundation: Thoroughly clean the foundation surface before installation to remove debris, loose soil, and oil stains, ensuring tight contact between the base and the ground. If there are cracks or unevenness on the ground, repair and level them in advance.
  2. Reinforce the Ground: If the foundation soil is soft (such as backfill soil or muddy soil), reinforce it by replacing it with crushed stone, driving wooden piles, or pouring a concrete垫层 (concrete cushion layer) to prevent base cracking due to later settlement.
  3. Lay Steel Mesh: Lay a steel mesh with a diameter of 4-6mm on the cement ground, with a grid spacing of 15-20cm, to enhance the crack resistance and load-bearing capacity of the cement base. The steel mesh should be fixed to the ground to prevent displacement during pouring.
  4. Make and Pour Cement: Mix concrete in a ratio of cement:sand:gravel = 1:2:3 and pour it into the base area covered with the steel mesh. Use a vibrating rod to compact it thoroughly, ensuring no air bubbles or voids.
  5. Wait for Solidification: After pouring the cement, cover it with plastic film for moisture-retaining curing. It will initially solidify in about 24-48 hours, during which time avoid stepping on it or stacking heavy objects. Complete drying takes 7-14 days, depending on environmental temperature and humidity.

Cement House Mold Prefabricated Base (General Method)

To prefabricate a concrete house base using factory molds, first conduct structural scheme论证 (demonstration), mechanical analysis, and fatigue strength testing to ensure the strength and service life of the components. There are four generations of molds: the first generation is simple and reliable; the second generation optimizes wall verticality; the third generation supports multi-level adjustments in width and length; the fourth generation adopts fully automatic vertical hydraulic technology to improve production efficiency and precision. During prefabrication, strictly control the concrete mix ratio, pouring temperature, and demolding time to avoid component deformation or cracking.
