How to Install Prefabricated House Template

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of prefabricated house templates requires standardized operations in stages, combining the construction template process with the characteristics of prefabricated components. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-construction Preparation

  1. Surveying and Setting Out: According to the design drawings, mark the wall and column edges, control lines, and opening lines in the construction area, and measure the elevation to ensure precise template positioning.
  2. Base Treatment: Apply a cement mortar leveling layer along the outer edge of the template components to prevent bottom leakage; for aluminum alloy templates, chisel the concrete at vertical joints to enhance adhesion.
  3. Material Preparation: Select a dedicated release agent (avoid using waste oil or oil-based products) to prevent contamination of the concrete surface; inspect the dimensions and quality of the templates and prefabricated components to ensure they are defect-free.

II. Rebar Binding and Positioning

  1. Positioning Rebar Welding: Weld the template positioning rebar using the wall and column edges and control lines; if the rebar diameter is too small, pre-embed rebar heads for additional support.
  2. Rebar Mesh Placement: In the construction of prefabricated panel partitions, fabricate a mold frame using galvanized square tubes according to the design dimensions, lay a film to prevent concrete adhesion, and place a rebar mesh to enhance structural strength.

III. Template Installation

  1. Aluminum Alloy Templates:
    • Pre-assemble and then bind the rebar, embed conduits and boxes;
    • Install positioning through-wall bolts to secure the templates and connect the internal and external corner molds;
    • Assemble the beam and slab templates, adjust the verticality, and set up diagonal braces or stable supports;
    • Inspect and correct the template position and flatness.
  2. Prefabricated Panel Partition Templates:
    • Before pouring concrete, implant welding pieces into the mold;
    • After the concrete sets and reaches the required strength, remove the mold to form the prefabricated wall panel.

IV. Prefabricated Component Installation

  1. Prefabricated Panel Partitions: Align the embedded parts of the prefabricated wall panels with those on the ground beam, wall, and ceiling, and secure them through welding or bolting.
  2. Other Components: Ensure that the connection nodes between the components and templates are secure, using methods such as bolt tightening or welding reinforcement to prevent displacement or loosening.

V. Subsequent Processes

  1. Stone Paving (if applicable): Drill holes at planned locations to install hangers, polish the stone surface and joints, and use the wet-laying method for paving to ensure flatness.
  2. Concrete Pouring (if required for on-site casting): Control the aggregate size and pouring height to avoid air bubbles or honeycombing after demolding; cure the concrete promptly after pouring to ensure it reaches the required strength.

Precautions: During installation, strictly check the verticality, flatness, and node fastness to ensure compliance with design specifications; apply the release agent evenly to avoid difficulties in demolding due to missed applications.
