How to Install Prefabricated House Panels
The installation process of prefabricated house panels varies depending on the type. Below are the installation procedures for common prefabricated panels:

Prefabricated Interior Wall Panels:
Before installation, complete basic preparatory work, including setting up the reference lines such as the 0m control line and elevation control line to ensure the accuracy of the installation benchmark. Then, install the elevation adjustment control bolts for the bay windows to correct vertical elevation errors. Simultaneously, install temporary positioning adjustment components on the lower layer to provide temporary fixed support for subsequent hoisting. During hoisting, use a tower crane to slowly lift the bay window to avoid collisions or deformations caused by excessive speed, ensuring that the installation position aligns with the control lines.
Prefabricated Wall Panels:
The installation process centers around measurement and alignment. First, determine the positioning lines for the exterior wall panels through hoisting measurement and alignment to clarify the installation positions. Then, correct any deviations in the reserved reinforcing bars in the walls to ensure their verticality meets requirements. Use a specialized reinforcing bar positioning plate to verify the positioning accuracy of the reserved reinforcing bars and adjust the horizontal level of the components with adjustment shims. Use a level gauge to double-check the elevation errors. After positioning, perform concrete pouring to firmly connect the wall panels with the main structure, forming an integrated load-bearing system.
Prefabricated Composite Slabs:
The hoisting process is crucial. Use a hoisting steel beam as the lifting device and distribute the lifting points reasonably to ensure uniform stress on the components and avoid cracks or distortions caused by localized stress concentration. Before hoisting, check the firmness of the connection between the lifting device and the composite slab. The tower crane should lift the slab slowly and uniformly to reduce the impact of dynamic loads on the components. Maintain the stability of the components during hoisting to avoid collisions with other structures or temporary facilities.
Prefabricated Floor Slabs:
In prefabricated steel-concrete frame structures, the installation of prefabricated floor slabs requires special attention to the connection details with the beams. Ensure accurate alignment between the reserved reinforcing bars in the floor slabs and those in the beams during installation, forming a reliable load-transfer path through welding or mechanical connections. Some projects adopt the bedding mortar method, laying a mortar bedding layer on the top surface of the beams to adjust the floor slab elevation and enhance interfacial adhesion. After installation, check the width of the floor slab joints and fill them tightly with high-strength grout to prevent leakage and improve the overall structural integrity.
The installation of different types of prefabricated panels must strictly adhere to design drawings and technical specifications, adjusting construction parameters based on on-site conditions to ensure installation accuracy and structural safety.
