How to Install Portable Toilets
The installation methods for portable toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: simple household types and outdoor engineering types. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Installation of Simple Portable Toilets (Household Scenarios)
Unpacking and Inspection
Upon receiving the goods, immediately unpack and check whether the list of accessories is complete. Common accessories include frame components, fixed panels, sealing gaskets, screws, etc. If any are missing or damaged, contact the merchant for replacement as soon as possible.Frame Assembly
According to the instructions, initially fix the frame components using buckles or screws. Pay attention to distinguishing the front and back directions to ensure the frame structure is stable. Some products require the installation of bottom support feet first to enhance stability.Panel Installation
Insert the side panels, back panels, and other panels into the frame slots, align the edges, and press gently to secure them. If there are gaps between the panels, adjust the angles until they fit snugly to avoid loosening during subsequent use.Connection of Functional Components
If a water tank or sewage system is involved, connect the water inlet hose to the angle valve, ensuring that the threads are wrapped with Teflon tape to prevent leaks. When assembling the spray head, check that the sealing gasket is in place and avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking.
II. Installation of Outdoor Portable Toilets (Engineering Scenarios)
Tool Preparation
Prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, a rivet gun, and a level in advance. If the ground is uneven, prepare shims or adjustable supports.Fixing of Basic Structure
- Installation of Inner Corners: Align the inner corners with the frame connections and initially fix them with screws, ensuring the angles are perpendicular.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the prefabricated panels into the slots, align the upper and lower edges, and gently push until fully embedded. Use a level to check the joints to avoid tilting.
Riveting and Fixing
Mark the drilling positions at the panel connections and drill 4.2-millimeter holes with an electric drill. Insert the rivets and complete the fixing with a rivet gun. The riveting should be evenly distributed, with no less than 5 rivets per square meter to enhance structural strength.Connection of Pipeline System
If connecting to water inlet and drainage pipelines, align the flange plate with the center of the sewer pipe and secure it with bolts. When connecting the water inlet hose, ensure the water flow direction is correct and apply waterproof glue at the joints to enhance sealing.
Precautions:
- Read the product manual before installation, as different brands may have different details.
- For outdoor installation, consider the bearing capacity of the foundation. Soft ground requires concrete foundation pouring.
- After connecting the pipelines, conduct a water flow test to check for leaks.
- Wear safety goggles during riveting operations to prevent metal fragments from splashing and causing injury.
