How to Install Mobile Toilets for Stalls
The installation process of mobile toilets for stalls mainly includes three key steps: the preparation stage, frame assembly, and detail handling and finishing work.

Preparation Stage:
First, confirm the installation location. The ground should be level and have sufficient load-bearing capacity to prevent the toilet from tilting or being damaged due to an unstable foundation. At the same time, check whether the sewage pipes are unobstructed and ensure they meet the sewage discharge requirements (for example, packing-type toilets need to reserve space for collecting excrement, and microbial degradation-type toilets need to reserve ventilation pipe interfaces). Select an appropriate model according to the usage scenario. For example, for areas with a large flow of people, it is recommended to choose a model with a larger capacity and confirm the configuration type (such as whether it is equipped with a sink, lighting equipment, etc.). In addition, prepare tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers in advance, as well as auxiliary materials like sealant and waterproof cloth to ensure a smooth installation process.
Frame Assembly:
The installation requires two people to cooperate. The first step is to fix the base. Use expansion bolts to firmly connect the base to the ground to prevent displacement. Then, install the right, left, and front wall panels in sequence, and tighten the connections at each joint with screws to ensure a stable structure. Next, install the upper slots, which are used to support the top cover and fix the ventilation louvers (if equipped). The ventilation louvers should face the direction of air circulation to enhance the deodorizing effect. Finally, cover the top cover and check the tightness between the top cover and the frame to prevent rainwater leakage. At this stage, it is necessary to focus on checking whether the screws are tightened and whether the verticality of the walls meets the standards to prevent looseness or deformation during subsequent use.
Detail Handling and Finishing Work:
After the installation is completed, thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the toilet to remove debris or stains generated during the installation process. Use tools to check all bolts and nuts one by one and retighten any loose parts to prevent component detachment due to vibration. If equipped with sewage pipes, conduct a water flow test to confirm that the drainage is smooth and there are no leaks. For microbial degradation-type toilets, start the ventilation system and check whether the odor emission meets the standards. In addition, it is recommended to lay anti-slip mats or warning signs around the toilet to enhance safety during use. During daily maintenance, regularly clean the excrement collection container (for packing-type toilets) or add degradation bacteria (for microbial degradation-type toilets) to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure hygiene conditions.
