How to Install Mobile Toilets

Admin 17 de octubre de 2026

The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on their types, with common types including ordinary mobile toilets and outdoor mobile toilets. The specific installation steps are as follows:

For ordinary mobile toilets (suitable for home use), follow these steps for installation:
First, open the package upon receipt and carefully check that all accessories are present to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts. Next, install the toilet flange, ensuring that the center of the flange aligns precisely with the center of the sewer pipe. Then, place the toilet steadily on the flange to prevent any position shifts that could affect sealing. After that, install the angle valve, connect the three-way joint between the water inlet and the sprinkler head, and tighten the toilet's water inlet hose to ensure there are no loose or leaking connections. Subsequently, assemble the toilet sprinkler head by tightening the sealing rubber rings at both ends and connecting it to the other end of the three-way joint. Then, firmly insert the sprinkler head bracket into the top of the three-way joint to ensure stability. Finally, conduct a water test to check for leaks at all connections and ensure smooth water flow from the sprinkler head. Once confirmed to be problem-free, apply sealant at the contact point between the toilet base and the floor to enhance stability and prevent odor leakage.

For outdoor mobile toilets (suitable for construction sites), professional tools are required for installation, with the following steps:
First, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun to ensure a smooth installation process. Next, install the inner corners in sequence to provide a basic framework for subsequent panel assembly. Then, insert the panels into the slots and align them, paying special attention to the alignment accuracy of the upper and lower panels to avoid structural instability due to misalignment. After alignment, use the drill bit to create holes at the joints in preparation for rivet fixation. Finally, insert the rivets and secure them with the rivet gun to ensure that all panels are firmly connected, forming a stable overall structure.

If the mobile toilet has a special structure (such as a hoisting type or a circulating water flushing type), strictly follow the product manual for operation or directly contact the manufacturer for professional guidance to avoid equipment damage or safety hazards due to improper operation.
