How to Install Mobile Toilets
Admin 13 de octubre de 2026
The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on their types. Here are the installation steps for common types:

1. Ordinary Mobile Toilets The installation process is relatively simple and can follow the logic of installing a mobile toilet bowl. It consists of six basic steps:
- Unpacking and Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, first open the packaging box and check the list of accessories (such as the toilet body, water tank, screws, sealing rings, etc.) to ensure all components are complete and undamaged.
- Obtaining Guidance: If all accessories are present, contact the merchant's customer service for detailed installation videos or illustrated tutorials, or follow the instructions provided with the product.
- Assembling the Main Body: Fix the toilet body and water tank together using clips or screws, ensuring the interface positions are aligned.
- Connecting the Pipes: According to the design, connect the inlet hose to the water tank's inlet and ensure the sealing ring is properly installed to prevent leaks.
- Securing the Base: If necessary, use expansion screws to secure the toilet base to the ground for added stability.
- Debugging and Testing: After assembly, turn on the water supply to test the flushing function, checking for any leaks or blockages. Once confirmed to be correct, it can be used.
2. Modular Mobile Toilets These toilets require self-assembly of the frame and require tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, and rivet gun. The steps are as follows:
- Installing Inner Corners: Fix the inner corner connectors sequentially at the four corners of the frame to serve as structural support points.
- Assembling the Panels: Insert the wall panels into the slots, ensuring they are aligned vertically and horizontally. Then, drill holes at the joints (approximately 3-5mm deep).
- Securing Rivets: Insert rivets and use a rivet gun to tighten them, ensuring the panels are firmly connected without looseness.
- Installing Doors and Windows: According to the designed openings, install door frames, windows, or ventilation openings and secure them with screws.
- Checking Sealing: Inspect all joints for tightness and use sealant to fill any gaps if necessary to prevent odor leakage.
3. Dual-Purpose Mobile Toilets (Squat and Sit) These toilets have functions similar to simple mobile toilets, and special attention should be paid to pipe connections during installation. The steps are as follows:
- Aligning the Flange: Align the center of the toilet flange (drain outlet) with the center of the ground sewer pipe to ensure smooth drainage.
- Installing the Angle Valve: Connect the inlet to the angle valve and then branch off to the showerhead inlet hose using a tee connector.
- Assembling the Showerhead: Tighten the sealing rings at both ends of the showerhead, connect it to the other end of the tee connector, and secure the showerhead bracket.
- Testing and Sealing: After assembly, turn on the water supply to test the flushing function. Once confirmed to be leak-free, apply sealant at the contact point between the toilet base and the ground for fixation.
