How to Install Mobile Toilets

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The installation method for mobile toilets should be selected based on the type, with common types including mobile toilets and factory-customized mobile toilets. The specific installation steps are as follows:

Mobile Toilet Installation

The installation of a mobile toilet is relatively simple and can be done by users themselves, typically divided into the following six steps:

  1. Check Components: After receiving the package, first open the packaging and check the component list to ensure that all parts (such as the toilet body, water tank, drain pipe, sealing ring, screws, etc.) are complete and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service promptly for replacement.
  2. Assemble the Water Tank: Separate the water tank from the toilet body, install the internal components of the water tank (such as the float ball and inlet valve) according to the instructions, and connect the inlet hose. Ensure that the inlet valve is properly sealed to prevent leaks.
  3. Secure the Toilet Body: Place the toilet body in the predetermined location (such as the bathroom floor), ensuring that the floor is level and the drain outlet is aligned. If the floor is uneven, use shims to adjust the level and prevent the toilet from wobbling.
  4. Connect the Drain Pipe: Insert one end of the drain pipe into the toilet drain outlet and the other end into the sewer pipe, securing the connection with a sealing ring or waterproof tape to prevent sewage leakage.
  5. Install the Water Tank and Toilet Connection: Place the water tank behind the toilet body, secure it with screws or clips, and connect the water inlet pipe between the water tank and the toilet to ensure smooth water flow.
  6. Test and Adjust: Open the inlet valve to check if the water tank automatically fills with water and if the flushing function is normal. If leaks or weak flushing are detected, recheck the sealing ring or pipe connections and adjust them to a normal state.

Factory-Customized Mobile Toilet Installation

Factory-customized mobile toilets are usually partially assembled before leaving the factory (such as the frame, walls, and roof). Users only need to perform the final installation, with the following steps:

  1. Foundation Preparation: According to the toilet size, pour a concrete foundation or lay a moisture-proof pad at the installation site to ensure that the ground is level and the load-bearing capacity meets the requirements.
  2. Main Body Assembly: Use a crane or manual labor to lift the toilet body (such as modular walls and roof) to the foundation position, and secure each component with bolts or welding to ensure structural stability.
  3. Connect Water and Electricity: Connect the inlet pipe, drain pipe, and power cord, check the tightness of the connections, and test the water and electricity functions (such as lighting, flushing, ventilation, etc.) to ensure they are normal.
  4. Detail Adjustment: Install accessories such as doors, windows, and handrails, and adjust details such as door locks and hinges to ensure convenient and safe use.
