How to Install Mobile Toilets
The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type and scenario, mainly including three ways: ready-to-use finished products, on-site assembly and fixation, and simple installation of mobile toilets. Details are as follows:

1. Installation of Finished Mobile Toilets
Some mobile toilets have their main structures assembled at the factory, including the assembly of core components such as frames, walls, and roofs. They only need to be transported to the designated location and can be put into use immediately. These toilets are typically suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and other scenarios. Before installation, ensure that the ground is level and has basic drainage conditions. If fixation is required, the bottom of the toilet can be connected to the ground using anchor bolts or expansion screws to prevent displacement. After installation, check whether the附属 facilities (ancillary facilities) such as doors, windows, and ventilation systems are functioning properly to ensure safety during use.
2. Installation of On-Site Assembled Mobile Toilets
For types that require on-site assembly, tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun are needed. The specific steps are as follows:
- Corner Installation: Fix the corner pieces of the toilet frame in sequence according to the design drawings, ensuring that the angles are perpendicular and the connections are tight.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the prefabricated wall panels, floor panels, and other components into the frame slots, align the edges, and press gently to fix them, avoiding excessive gaps.
- Riveting and Fixation: Use an electric drill to drill holes at the panel connections (the depth should penetrate two layers of panels), insert rivets, and complete the reinforcement with a rivet gun. This step requires a focus on checking the connection strength of load-bearing parts (such as door frames and columns) to prevent loosening.
- Function Debugging: After assembly, test whether the water and electricity systems (such as water tanks and flush valves), lighting, and ventilation equipment are functioning properly, and clean up any debris inside.
3. Simple Installation of Mobile Toilets
For independent mobile toilets, refer to the following six-step process:
- Unpacking and Inspection: After unpacking, check the parts list to confirm that the toilet body, water tank, sealing ring, fixing bolts, etc., are all present.
- Positioning and Installation: Place the toilet in a dry and well-ventilated location, ensuring that the ground is level and away from water sources (this step is not required for dry-wet separation designs).
- Connecting the Water Tank: According to the instructions, connect the water tank to the toilet body, insert the water inlet hose, and tighten the joints to prevent leaks.
- Fixing the Base: If long-term use is required, the base of the toilet can be fixed to the ground using expansion screws to prevent tipping.
- Sealing Treatment: Install a sealing ring at the connection between the sewage outlet and the sewer pipe to ensure no odor leakage.
- Function Testing: Flush to check whether the drainage is smooth and observe whether the water tank refills properly.
Precautions: Before installation, carefully read the product instructions to clarify the tool list and steps; if water and electricity modifications are involved, it is recommended to be operated by professionals; regularly check whether fixing components such as rivets and bolts are loose to extend the service life.
