How to Install Mobile Toilet Partitions
Admin 05 de octubre de 2026
The installation of mobile toilet partitions should follow standardized procedures, with core steps including preliminary preparation, line marking and positioning, column installation, partition and beam fixation, and final debugging. Details are as follows:

I. Preliminary Preparation and Material Verification
- Dimension Verification: Verify the design drawings against the actual clear dimensions of the pit (width, depth, height) on site, ensuring the position of the drainage pipe matches the drawings.
- Material Inspection: Confirm that materials such as aluminum alloy columns, beams, compact laminate panels (or other waterproof panels), corner brackets, and expansion screws are undamaged, and prepare tools such as impact drills, spirit levels, and laser line projectors.
- Site Conditions: The floor flatness should be ≤3mm per 2-meter straightedge, and the wall perpendicularity should be ≤2mm per 2-meter straightedge. If there is a suspended ceiling on the ceiling, the keel installation should be completed in advance.
II. Line Marking and Positioning
- Floor Reference Line: Use a laser line projector or chalk line to snap the centerline of the columns. The clear dimension from the centerline to the wall or adjacent columns should include half the thickness of the panel.
- Ceiling Reference Line: Project the floor centerline vertically onto the ceiling to confirm the positions of the fixing points; if the ceiling is concrete, reserve holes for chemical anchors.
- Horizontal Control Line: Snap a horizontal line 1500mm from the floor on the walls and at the column positions for alignment during beam installation.
- Doorway Verification: Check that the clear dimension between the two columns on either side meets the doorway width requirement (700–850mm).
III. Column Installation
- Floor Fixing: Drill holes every 40–50cm along the column centerline, insert plastic expansion tubes, and then screw in chemical anchors or mechanical expansion screws to fix the column base or directly fix the column; adjust the perpendicularity with a spirit level, with an error ≤1mm.
- Ceiling Fixing: Select the fixing method according to the ceiling material (e.g., chemical anchors for concrete ceilings, self-tapping screws + corner brackets for light steel keels); adjustable feet are generally not installed at the top.
IV. Partition and Beam Installation
- Panel Fixing: Pre-install corner brackets at the drilling points and fix the middle partitions to the wall through the corner brackets; if beams need to be installed first, fix the beams to the columns with screws, and then insert the panels into the beam slots.
- Sealing Treatment: When using waterproof panels such as compact laminate, apply glass glue or structural adhesive at the joints between the panels and the columns and beams to prevent water leakage.
V. Finalization and Debugging
- Door Installation: Install the partition doors, hinges, and handles, and adjust the door stops or floor springs to ensure smooth opening and closing.
- Detail Inspection: Tighten all screws, clean up the site debris, and recheck the perpendicularity and levelness of the partitions with a spirit level and laser line projector.
Precautions:
- If there are no ceiling fixing conditions in the mobile toilet, the top installation process can be simplified, and only the floor columns need to be fixed.
- Continuous calibration with instruments is required during the installation process to avoid tilting of the partitions or misalignment of the joints.
- Specific operations should be adjusted according to the actual design of the mobile toilet, such as customizing accessories for irregular structures.
