How to Install Container Houses

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

There are various installation methods for container houses, including full-screw assembly, loose-part quick assembly, and screw pile foundation installation. The appropriate method should be selected based on the specific type, and operational specifications must be strictly followed.

Key Points for Full-Screw Assembly Installation
This type of container house primarily uses standardized screws for connection, making installation convenient and allowing for repeated disassembly. Before installation, ensure that all screw specifications (e.g., M12×40 hexagon socket bolts) match the tools (e.g., 10mm hexagon drill bits) to avoid slippage or damage due to mismatched tools. During installation, follow the instructions to gradually secure the corner bolts in order, ensuring the frame's perpendicularity and levelness to prevent overall instability caused by structural misalignment. For disassembly, reverse the process and retain all screw accessories for future reuse.

Loose-Part Quick Assembly Installation Process
For loose-part quick-assembly container houses, start by constructing the bottom frame, typically using galvanized steel square tubes as main beams connected with bolts to form a stable foundation. After frame installation, check the ground levelness; if the error exceeds 5mm, adjust it with shims. When installing walls and roof panels, pay attention to waterproof sealing by applying structural adhesive or laying waterproof tape at the joints to prevent rainwater leakage. Window and door frames should be installed simultaneously with the walls to ensure smooth operation and good sealing.

Screw Pile Foundation Installation Specifications
Screw pile foundations are suitable for soft soil conditions or scenarios requiring rapid deployment. The installation process consists of three stages:

  1. Pre-construction Preparation: Survey the site's geological conditions to confirm the absence of underground pipelines or obstacles; prepare equipment such as screw piles, connectors, and electric pile drivers, and test them to ensure normal operation.
  2. Screw Pile Construction: Position the pile locations according to the design spacing, use a drill to vertically bore holes to the designed depth (usually 1.5-3 meters), then press in and secure the screw piles, ensuring the pile body's perpendicularity deviation from the ground is ≤1%. Reserve connection holes at the pile tops for subsequent对接 (docking) with the container base frame.
  3. Container Installation and Finishing: Lift the container onto the pile foundation and secure the base frame to the pile top connectors with high-strength bolts; during interior finishing, pay attention to the layout of electrical wiring to avoid damaging the structural waterproof layer, and consider laying moisture-proof mats or composite flooring to enhance comfort.

Safety Precautions
During installation, wear safety helmets and non-slip shoes, and use safety harnesses for high-altitude work; immediately stop work and secure installed components in case of strong winds or thunderstorms; all electrical connections should be performed by professional electricians to ensure proper grounding and prevent electric shock risks.
