How to Install Ceiling in Container House
When installing a ceiling in a container house, you first need to select the type of ceiling and then choose an appropriate fixing method based on the type. At the same time, pay attention to various inspections before decoration and the design requirements for the ceiling.

Ceiling Type Selection
Common ceiling types include flat ceilings, grid ceilings, striped ceilings, perforated ceilings, mineral wool board ceilings, and gypsum board ceilings, among others. Different types of ceilings are suitable for different places. For example, flat ceilings are simple and elegant, suitable for places that require a simple space; grid ceilings have good ventilation and air permeability and can be used in spaces that require a certain ventilation effect; mineral wool board ceilings and gypsum board ceilings have good sound absorption and decorative effects. You can choose the appropriate ceiling type according to the specific use and decoration style of the container house.
Fixing Methods
- Nail Fixing Method: Nail wooden strips around the integrated ceiling and then fix it to the top of the container house with long nails. This method is relatively simple to operate, but it is necessary to ensure that the nails are firmly fixed to avoid loosening later.
- Plate Clamp Fixing Method: Install wooden or metal plates around the integrated ceiling and then fix it to the top of the container house with screws. This method has a better fixing effect and can ensure the stability of the ceiling, but the installation process is relatively more complex.
- Hook Fixing Method: Pre-embed hooks on the top of the container house and then hang the integrated ceiling on the top through the hooks. This method is suitable for situations where there are special design requirements for the ceiling, but the positions and quantities of the pre-embedded hooks need to be planned in advance.
- Magnetic Adsorption Fixing Method: Apply magnetic paint on the top of the container house and then fix the integrated ceiling on the top through magnetic adsorption. This method is relatively convenient for installation and removal, but the quality and adsorption force of the magnetic paint will affect the stability of the ceiling.
Inspection and Design Requirements Before Decoration
Before ceiling decoration, make sure there is no water leakage. Consider whether the water pipes and the outlets for the wires of the planned lights have been completed or laid. The height of the ceiling design should be reasonable and not too low; otherwise, it will make people feel depressed. At the same time, the ceiling should have a certain load-bearing capacity, and attention should be paid to fire prevention. Choose materials that meet fire safety standards to ensure safety during use.
