How to Fix Row Mobile Toilets
The fixation of row mobile toilets requires a combination of site selection, structural reinforcement, and regular maintenance. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Site Selection and Foundation Treatment
Prioritize flat areas with good drainage to avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation or soft ground. If the ground is soft, such as grass or sand, lay gravel, wooden planks, or steel plates in advance to create a solid foundation. For example, in the Jiujiang area, laying gravel or steel plates on soft ground can significantly enhance stability and prevent the toilet from tilting due to ground subsidence.
2. Ground Anchor Fixation Method
At the four corners or key load-bearing positions of the toilet, use expansion screws or ground anchor pins to connect the fixing chains (straps) to the ground. If space permits, pour concrete blocks or place weight blocks at the bottom. The depth of the ground anchors should exceed 30 centimeters to ensure pull-out resistance. For example, in areas with strong winds, insufficient anchor depth may lead to fixation failure, so this standard must be strictly followed.
3. Windbreak Ropes and Diagonal Tension Fixation
Install windbreak ropes at the top of the toilet and fix the other end to ground stakes or heavy objects. If the wind is strong, adopt a “井”-shaped diagonal tension method, using nylon ropes or steel cables to tighten the main body from multiple angles. In the Jiujiang area, it is recommended to set ground anchors at the four corners or load-bearing points of public toilets, connect the top with steel cables over 5mm in diameter to form a triangular tension structure, and keep the ropes moderately tight to disperse wind pressure.
4. Additional Weight Scheme
Add heavy objects such as sandbags or water tanks inside or outside the toilet. For example, place 2-3 sandbags weighing 20 kilograms each on both sides, or use a water tank filled with clean water. The weight should be evenly distributed to avoid tilting to one side. In the Jiujiang area, it is required that at least 4-6 sandbags be placed on each side of the public toilet base, with a weight of no less than 50 kilograms per square meter. The specific weight should be adjusted according to the size of the public toilet.
5. Door and Window Sealing and Windproof Measures
Check if the sealing strips on doors and windows are aged and replace damaged parts promptly. Ensure that locks are secure when closing doors and windows, and fill gaps with windproof strips. In case of strong wind warnings, install windproof baffles on the inside of doors to reduce the impact of wind pressure on the main body and prevent doors and windows from being blown open and causing structural damage.
6. Regular Inspection and Emergency Reinforcement
During events, inspect the fixing devices daily for looseness. Before rainfall or strong wind warnings, reinforce the windbreak ropes and add temporary supports. If slight tilting of the toilet is detected, stop using it immediately and refix it. In the Jiujiang area, during the rental period, it is necessary to inspect the fixing bolts and weight positions weekly, ensure drainage holes are unobstructed during the rainy season, and conduct structural integrity checks before and after each use.
