How to Fix a Mobile Portable Toilet
The method for fixing a mobile portable toilet should be selected based on its type and design characteristics, mainly divided into three categories of operations: positioning stress points, bottom fixing, and splicing fixing. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Positioning and Selection of Stress Points
Before fixing, determine the stress points according to the toilet's structural design to ensure overall balance and stability. For pointed-roof toilets, due to the concentrated top structure, suitable stress points are usually found near the top, such as fixing through the top frame or preset connectors. Flat-roof toilets can use the preset hooks provided by the manufacturer as support points, connecting them to lifting equipment using steel cables and other tools to complete initial positioning. This step requires ensuring that the stress points match the fixing devices to avoid tilting or damage due to uneven stress.
2. Bottom Fixing Methods
Select the bottom fixing method based on the toilet's size:
- Small Toilets: If the size is small and frequent movement is required, casters can be installed at the bottom for position adjustment through manual pushing. The casters should be of a model with a matching load-bearing capacity and installed firmly to avoid detachment during use.
- Large Toilets: If the volume is large or long-term fixing is required, lifting equipment such as cranes is needed to complete the lifting operation. During lifting, the bottom frame of the toilet should be fixed with steel cables or special lifting straps, slowly adjusted to the target position, and then permanently fixed using ground anchors, expansion bolts, or concrete foundations. Ground anchors should be buried at least 50 centimeters underground, expansion bolts should penetrate the bottom structure and be tightened, and concrete foundations should have reserved connection holes for对接 (docking) with the bottom of the toilet.
3. Splicing Fixing Methods
For modular-designed mobile toilets (such as those with panel splicing), the following steps should be followed:
- Panel Alignment: Install the inner corner modules sequentially, ensuring that each panel is fully aligned after being inserted into the slots to avoid structural looseness due to gaps.
- Drilling and Riveting: Use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at the splicing points, insert rivets, and fix them with a rivet gun. The spacing between rivets should be controlled within 15-20 centimeters to ensure connection strength; if the toilet needs to withstand strong winds or heavy foot traffic, the number of rivets can be increased or bolts can be used for reinforcement.
- Sealing Treatment: After splicing is complete, apply waterproof sealant at the joints to prevent rainwater infiltration and internal corrosion.
Precautions: Before fixing, check the ground flatness to avoid toilet tilting due to foundation depression; if used outdoors, consider wind-resistant design, such as adding diagonal cables or weighting the base; regularly check the tightness of fixing devices (such as casters, rivets, ground anchors) and replace aging components in a timely manner.
