How to Fix a Container House

Admin 14 de septiembre de 2026

The fixing methods for container houses mainly include bottom frame installation fixing and windproof component fixing.

Bottom Frame Installation Fixing

Bottom frame installation is the fundamental step for fixing a container house, with the main process as follows:

  • Connection between the bottom corners and the bottom beams: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams. This step provides a stable frame foundation for subsequent fixing work.
  • Bolt connection and tightening: Use hexagon socket bolts to connect the corners and the bottom beams, but do not tighten them at this time. After adjusting the bottom frame to ensure that the diagonal difference does not exceed 3mm, tighten the bolts. This step ensures the squareness and stability of the bottom frame.
  • Installation and fixing of secondary beams: According to the positioning hole positions on the long beams, install π-shaped secondary beams and fix them with self-tapping screws. At the same time, the tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams also need to be fixed with round-head self-drilling screws to enhance the overall structural stability.

Windproof Component Fixing

For container houses that require higher stability, especially those located in areas with strong winds, windproof components can be used for fixing. The windproof components mainly include steel wire ropes, adjustable flower baskets, ring nuts, and pre-buried ground anchors, etc. The specific fixing methods are as follows:

  • Steel wire rope connection: The upper end of the steel wire rope is bent and connected to the top of the container house through the first steel wire rope U-shaped clip, and the lower end is bent and connected to the adjustable flower basket through the second steel wire rope U-shaped clip.
  • Connection between the adjustable flower basket and the ring nut: The adjustable flower basket is flexibly connected to the ring nut, and the ring nut is then connected to the pre-buried ground anchor. By adjusting the length of the adjustable flower basket, the steel wire rope can be kept in a tight state, thus effectively resisting the impact of wind on the container house.
  • Easy installation and removal: The steel wire ropes are flexibly connected to the container house and the pre-buried ground anchors through U-shaped clips, making the installation and removal process of the entire windproof component simple and quick.
