How to Find Mobile Toilets

You can find mobile toilets through the following methods:

I. Locating Offline Venues

1. Commercial Areas: Shopping malls, supermarkets, and commercial streets usually have public mobile toilets. In large shopping centers, toilets are located in fixed areas on each floor. In open-air commercial streets, they are often found at street corners or rest areas, with clear signs at the entrances.
2. Transportation Hubs: Railway stations, bus stations, and subway stations are hubs for mobile toilets. In railway and bus stations, toilets are mostly located near the waiting halls or platforms. In subway stations, toilets are usually set up at the entrances/exits or station hall levels, with operating hours synchronized with those of the hubs.
3. Tourist Attractions: Parks, squares, and scenic spots distribute mobile toilets based on visitor traffic. In large parks, toilets are often located along main roads or in rest areas. In squares, toilets may be situated at the edges. In scenic spots, toilets are distributed near entrances, viewpoints, or walking paths, with enhanced cleaning and maintenance during peak tourist seasons.
4. Temporary Event Venues: During large-scale events such as exhibitions, music festivals, and sports competitions, organizers set up temporary mobile toilets. These toilets are designed to be movable, distributed in main areas of the venue, and equipped with signs for guidance. They are removed after the event ends.
5. Street Public Facilities: Some cities install standalone mobile toilets on busy streets or combine them with bus stops, rest benches, and other facilities. These toilets have unified signs on their exteriors, and maintenance is handled by municipal management units.

II. Using Online Tools for Queries

1. Map Platform Searches: By entering the keyword 'toilet' in map apps like Gaode, Baidu, or Tencent Maps, you can obtain location information of nearby public toilets and navigate to them.
2. City Service Mini-Programs: Some cities offer a 'Public Toilet Map' feature. For example, residents of Shenzhen can scan the 'Public Toilet Map' QR code or search for the 'Beautiful Shenzhen' official account on WeChat to access the convenience service module and find toilet locations.
3. Official Channel Queries: By following the official platforms (such as official accounts or apps) of local urban management departments, you can obtain real-time updated information on the distribution and maintenance status of public toilets.

Precautions:

• Mobile toilets at temporary event venues are only open during the event period, so pay attention to the event schedule.
• When using online tools for queries, it is advisable to choose toilets with better hygiene conditions based on user reviews.
• Some mobile toilets may be temporarily closed due to maintenance or equipment failures. It is recommended to prioritize facilities with management unit signs.
