How to Choose Flush-Type Mobile Toilets
Admin 17 de octubre de 2026
When selecting a flush-type mobile toilet, it is essential to consider usage scenarios, structural materials, and evaluation criteria comprehensively, and choose a suitable model based on actual needs.

1. Clarify Usage Scenarios and Requirements
- Usage Occasions: For short-term outdoor events (such as music festivals and markets), prioritize lightweight and easy-to-assemble models for quick deployment and retrieval. For medium- to long-term construction sites or temporary office locations, choose materials that are structurally robust and wear-resistant to extend service life.
- Number of Users and Frequency: Determine the number of toilet units and the capacity of the waste collection tank based on peak usage and total daily usage. For example, scenarios with an average daily usage exceeding 200 people require a large-capacity sewage tank (≥200L) to avoid frequent cleaning that affects hygiene.
- Environment and Infrastructure: The placement location should have a flat and solid ground for easy fixation. If a water connection is required, choose a model with an external water pipe interface. If there is no sewage discharge pipe, select a model with a sealed sewage tank or one that can be connected to a sewage suction truck.
2. Focus on Core Structure and Materials
- Tank Body Material:
- Fiberglass: High strength, corrosion resistance, and a smooth surface that is easy to clean, suitable for humid or chemically rich environments.
- Polyethylene Plastic: Lightweight, impact-resistant, and with good insulation properties, suitable for frequent movement or complex terrain scenarios.
- Metal Sheet (such as galvanized steel sheet): High structural strength, but requires anti-corrosion coating treatment to prevent rust, suitable for long-term fixed use.
- Internal Flushing System:
- Flushing Method: Foot-pedal flushing offers the best hygiene; sensor flushing has a high degree of automation but comes at a higher cost; manual button flushing offers moderate cost-effectiveness.
- Water-Saving Performance: Prioritize models with flushing gears (such as large/small flush) with a recommended single flush water consumption of ≤3L.
- Water Tank Capacity: The freshwater tank capacity should meet full-day usage needs (for example, a 50L freshwater tank supports approximately 50 flushes); the sewage tank capacity should match the cleaning cycle (for example, a 200L sewage tank can support cleaning every 2-3 days).
3. Refer to Core Evaluation Criteria
- Water-Saving Efficiency: Vacuum negative pressure technology can reduce single flush water consumption to below 0.8L, significantly reducing sewage storage and transportation costs.
- Applicable Environment: For use in low-temperature areas (such as below -30°C), choose models with insulation layers and anti-freeze designs; for high-altitude areas, confirm whether the equipment can adapt to oxygen-deficient environments.
- Intelligent Management: Functions such as full-level automatic alarms and remote monitoring can reduce manual inspection costs; automatic cleaning functions (such as spray deodorization) can enhance user experience.
- Customization Capability: Based on site dimensions, number of users, and other needs, choose manufacturers that can flexibly configure the number of toilet compartments and water storage capacity to avoid resource waste.
