How to Assemble & Install Container House Step by Step
Admin 25 de octubre de 2026
The assembly and installation of container houses should be carried out according to the following steps to ensure safety and functionality:

1. Preliminary Preparation
- Material Inventory: Count the quantities of required steel, wood, insulation materials, etc., based on design drawings and the actual environment, ensuring that material specifications meet the requirements. For example, steel should meet load-bearing standards, and insulation materials should have fire-resistant properties.
- Staffing: Arrange professional operators and porters who possess installation skills and are familiar with safety regulations. For example, welding operations should be performed by certified welders.
- Equipment Preparation: Use auxiliary equipment such as cranes and hand trucks to improve efficiency. For example, container lifting should be precisely positioned using a crane to avoid collision damage to the structure.
2. Foundation Treatment
- Select Foundation Type: Prioritize non-soil foundations such as concrete or asphalt to ensure a stable foundation. For example, concrete foundations should be poured according to the design thickness to avoid settlement risks.
- Foundation Construction: Fill, excavate, and compact the foundation according to design requirements to make the foundation surface level. For example, use a laser level to detect flatness, with deviations controlled within ±5mm.
- Waterproof Isolation Layer: Lay breathable membranes and other materials to prevent ground moisture intrusion. For example, the breathable membrane should cover the entire foundation surface, with joints sealed with special tape.
3. Container Assembly
- Bottom Leveling: Ensure that the bottom of each container is level, and connect adjacent containers with steel plates. For example, use a level to detect the height of the four corners of the bottom, with errors less than 2mm.
- Axis Alignment: Verify that the center axis of the container matches the design drawings, and adjust if the deviation exceeds 5mm. For example, measure the axis position with a total station and fine-tune the container position using jacks.
- Support Installation: Install support components such as corner posts and beams at key nodes to enhance overall stability. For example, support components should be firmly welded to the container frame, with weld lengths not less than 10cm.
- Safety Protection: Install safety brackets, protective nets, and baffles to protect the safety of construction personnel. For example, protective nets should cover all open areas to prevent falling objects from injuring people.
4. Interior Space Treatment
- Moisture-Proof Treatment: Lay moisture-proof membranes on walls and floors to reduce condensation on steel structures. For example, the moisture-proof membrane should be sealed with the wall to prevent moisture penetration.
- Space Layout: Plan interior areas such as bedrooms and kitchens according to functional requirements, making full use of limited space. For example, use foldable furniture to improve space utilization.
- Ventilation Equipment: Install exhaust fans or fresh air systems to improve indoor air quality. For example, exhaust fans should be installed near the top to promote the expulsion of hot air.
