How to Assemble Container Houses Well

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The assembly of container houses requires selecting appropriate methods based on their types and strictly following installation steps and specifications to ensure structural stability and safety.

I. Assembly Points for Modular Container Houses

  1. Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams on a flat ground or workbench. Use hexagon socket bolts for initial fixation and tighten the bolts after adjusting the diagonal difference of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm.
  2. Secondary Beam and Floor Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes of the long beams and fix them with self-tapping screws and round-head drill tail screws. Lay the floor baseboard along the 6-meter direction, align the joints with the centerline of the π-shaped beams, snap a chalk line, and fix it with cross flat-head swallowtail screws, with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
  3. Floor Treatment: Grind the joints of the floor as a whole, brush PVC special floor adhesive, lay the floor covering and expel the air, and the joints can be welded.

II. Assembly Points for Foldable Container Houses

  1. Frame Unfolding: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame and unfold it smoothly, and place support rods in the middle of the container to maintain stability.
  2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall and fix it with fastening screws, then push open the wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
  3. Positioning and Safety: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined position, ensure that there is no one around before lowering it, and non-professionals should stay away from the installation area to avoid danger.

III. Assembly Points for Steel Structure Container Houses

  1. Foundation Leveling and Steel Structure Assembly: Level the foundations around and the partition walls, assemble the square tube columns and steel beams with screws, check the perpendicularity and straightness, and ensure that the component dimensions meet the requirements.
  2. Steel Beam Installation: Support each steel beam one by one and support it with square tube columns. Adjust the perpendicularity with a plumb line, install the sheet beams and fix them to the main beams.
  3. Welding and Connection: Weld the horizontal supports and the steel beam inner sleeves with angle irons, weld the square tube columns and the chassis iron to ensure structural stability.

IV. General Precautions

  1. Materials and Workmanship: Preferentially use national standard steel, check the thickness of the main beams and columns, the fullness of the welding process, and the anti-corrosion treatment to ensure load-bearing capacity and service life.
  2. Modular Design: If double-layer or row combinations are required, confirm that the manufacturer has multi-layer frame connection technology and waterproof node treatment capabilities.
  3. Safety Regulations: Strictly follow the operating procedures during the installation process. Non-professionals should not participate in key steps to avoid structural instability or safety accidents.
