House Prefabricated Slab Specifications

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The specifications for house prefabricated slabs primarily cover fire safety, building materials, building planning and approval, quality control, design service life, and hidden hazard inspections.

Fire Safety Regulations: Prefabricated slab houses may use flammable materials such as polystyrene and polyurethane foam, and must strictly comply with Article 54 of the Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. Fire rescue agencies, upon discovering fire hazards during inspections, will notify relevant units or individuals to immediately eliminate them; if the hazards are not promptly eliminated and pose a serious threat to public safety, temporary sealing measures will be taken.

Building Material Usage Regulations: The construction of prefabricated slab houses should use materials that meet national standards. The use of flammable foam sandwich panels is strictly prohibited in crowded places, and non-flammable or difficult-to-ignite materials such as rock wool must be used to ensure building safety.

Building Planning and Approval: The construction of prefabricated slab houses must comply with local land use planning and relevant laws and regulations. Before construction, applications for land use rights and building permits must be submitted to ensure legal and compliant construction.

Quality Control: In prefabricated steel structure buildings, the quality control of steel components, wall panels, floor slabs, and their connecting nodes must adhere to general technical condition specifications. These specifications define classification markings, general requirements, specific requirements, inspection rules, and test methods to ensure that components and connections meet quality standards.

Design Service Life: According to the Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building Structures (GB 50068-2018), the design service life for ordinary residential buildings is uniformly set at 50 years, and prefabricated slab buildings also adhere to this standard to ensure long-term structural safety.

Hidden Hazard Inspections: The inspection of hidden hazards in old prefabricated slab houses in urban areas focuses on 'structural integrity', 'condition of components themselves', and 'usage and modification conditions'. This includes aspects such as foundation and base, building tilt, prefabricated floor slabs, load-bearing walls, node connections, unauthorized modifications, and usage environment, to comprehensively assess the safety status of the house.
