House Prefabricated Panel Slope Protection

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

House prefabricated panel slope protection is an engineering solution for reinforcing slopes, offering advantages such as fast construction speed, strong structural stability, and simple post-maintenance, effectively enhancing the slope's resistance to sliding and erosion.

Engineering Background and Construction Scope

This project primarily focuses on reinforcing natural soil slopes showing signs of soil loosening and minor collapses, which are at higher risk of instability due to seasonal rainfall and surrounding construction activities. The construction scope includes slope surface cleaning and trimming, anchor bolt drilling and grouting, prefabricated panel installation and fixation, drainage system construction, and protective treatments for the slope crest and toe, forming a complete slope protection system.

Prefabricated Panel and Anchor Bolt Parameters

The prefabricated panels are made of C30 concrete, with dimensions of 1500mm in length × 1000mm in width × 150mm in thickness. Each panel is equipped with a φ8@200 bidirectional steel reinforcement mesh, and four φ12 anchor bolt holes are reserved, with a hole position deviation of no more than 10mm to ensure installation accuracy. The anchor bolts are made of HRB400 grade φ25 deformed steel bars, with lengths designed between 3m and 5m based on the slope depth, spaced at 1500mm × 1000mm (corresponding to the panel dimensions). The drilling diameter is 110mm, and M30 cement mortar is used for grouting, forming a stable anchoring system.

Drainage System Design

The drainage system is a crucial part of slope protection: a 300mm wide and 200mm deep intercepting ditch is set at the slope crest to prevent surface water infiltration; vertical drainage blind ditches are installed every 5m along the slope surface, filled with 50-80mm gravel and wrapped with geotextile to facilitate groundwater drainage; a 400mm wide and 300mm deep drainage ditch is constructed at the slope toe, using M10 cement mortar to lay MU30 rubble stones, ensuring smooth drainage and reducing water erosion on the slope.

Market Price Reference

The prices of prefabricated panel slope protection vary significantly depending on the brand, specifications, and region. For example, the price of prefabricated cement slope protection panels in Weifang, Shandong, is approximately 8.00 yuan per piece (151520 specification) or 0.50 yuan per piece (red Dutch brick specification); the price of eco-friendly lightweight partition panels (slope protection panels) in Changsha, Hunan, is about 45.00 yuan per square meter; and the price of lightweight partition panels (slope protection panels) in Fuzhou, Jiangxi, is around 16.00 yuan per square meter (with thickness options of 90mm, 120mm, and 200mm). The actual price needs to be determined based on specific specifications and local market conditions.
