Specifications for Installation of House Prefabricated Panels
The installation of house prefabricated panels should adhere to the following specifications:

I. Material Requirements
Prefabricated panels should be products from reputable manufacturers. The steel bars must be prestressed, with a concrete strength not lower than C30, and the specifications and quantities of steel bars should comply with national standards. The appearance should be free from cracks, honeycombs, holes, and other defects to ensure reliable material quality.
II. On-site Stacking Requirements
The stacking ground should be flat and solid, without looseness, mud, or standing water, and reinforced and leveled if necessary. The stacking area should generally not exceed 100 square meters, and the height should not exceed 2 meters (reinforcement is required if exceeded), with panels stacked closely and neatly. The stacking location should be close to the installation site and consider environmental factors such as wind direction and sunlight to avoid affecting construction safety.
III. On-site Management Measures
Use anti-slip mats and anti-roll bars to prevent panel collapse or sliding; keep the stacking area clean and regularly clear debris; mark the type, specifications, quantity, and stacking location of panels to prevent misoperation; arrange for dedicated personnel to inspect, promptly address issues, and record them to ensure traceability.
IV. Preparation Before Laying
Check the elevation of piers and the position of supports, adjusting if the error exceeds 5 millimeters; avoid high-voltage lines and sharp bends in the transportation route, and affix reflective markings for night transportation; check if the outriggers of the crane are fully extended and replace the steel wire rope immediately if the wear exceeds 10%; workers should wear double-hook safety harnesses, and temporary guardrails should be installed on both sides of the bridge deck.
V. Laying Process Requirements
- Placement Length: When placing prefabricated panels on concrete members (such as ring beams), the length should not be less than 80mm; when placing on walls, the length should not be less than 100mm.
- Installation Gap: A gap of 20~40mm should be left between two panels. After installation, mortar should be applied at the lower ends of both sides of the panels, and the holes of the prefabricated panels at both ends of the wall should be filled with concrete.
- Panel Seam Treatment: Clean debris from panel seams, pour cement mortar, and vibrate it densely; for larger gaps, pour concrete on-site and cure it, prohibiting the use of bricks for filling; for panel seams larger than 120 millimeters, use a reinforced concrete panel strip cast on-site.
- Special Part Treatment: Prefabricated floor panels should not be arbitrarily drilled or slotted, nor should they be used in kitchens or bathrooms; when using prefabricated panels for roofs, it is recommended to first arrange a steel bar mesh and then pour 6~8mm thick crushed stone concrete to enhance impermeability.
VI. Acceptance and Maintenance
After installation, acceptance checks should be conducted to ensure that the prefabricated panels are firmly installed, flat, and free of gaps; regularly inspect and maintain the installation and fixation to ensure long-term stable operation.
VII. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The construction of prefabricated panel buildings should comply with the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Quality, the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations to ensure quality standards are met and adjacent relationships are properly handled.
