Compendium of Drawings for House Prefabricated Components

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Drawings for house prefabricated components mainly include detailed drawings, embedded part location diagrams, component numbering diagrams, and other types. They cover a variety of components such as prefabricated composite slabs and prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels, with BIM forward design commonly used in the design process.

In prefabricated building projects, the design of prefabricated component drawings typically adopts the BIM forward design method, which involves outputting two-dimensional drawings through BIM three-dimensional modeling. The same prefabricated component is divided into two models: a simplified model and a detailed model. The simplified model is used for conventional plan and elevation drawings, while the detailed model includes more detailed structures such as bolt sleeves, air conditioning reserved holes, and galvanized steel plates for detailed design and modeling.

Detailed drawings are an important part of prefabricated component drawings, primarily used to display the detailed structure and connection methods of components. For example, the elevation and section details of prefabricated exterior wall components can clearly show information such as the dimensions, materials, and connection nodes of the exterior wall panels, providing accurate guidance for construction. The design of detailed drawings needs to fully consider the production, transportation, and installation processes of components to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

Embedded part location diagrams are used to determine the positions and quantities of embedded parts in components. Embedded parts are key components for connecting prefabricated components with other components or equipment, and the accuracy of their positioning directly affects the installation quality and overall structural stability of the components. Embedded part location diagrams typically include content such as statistical tables for metal embedded parts used for diagonal bracing, installation details, and statistical tables for prefabricated exterior walls, providing detailed embedded part information for construction.

Component numbering diagrams are vertical numbering diagrams for prefabricated components generated from simplified components, used to identify the unique numbers and location information of each component. In prefabricated building projects, there are numerous components, and numbering diagrams facilitate the management and installation of components, improving construction efficiency.

In addition, there are many types of prefabricated components, including prefabricated composite slabs, prefabricated composite beams, prefabricated concrete exterior wall panels, prefabricated concrete interior wall panels, steel bar truss floor decking, prefabricated concrete columns, and prefabricated balconies. Each type of component has its unique drawing design requirements, which need to be combined with project characteristics to achieve standardized and refined output through BIM technology.
