Hotel Prefabricated Building Structure Diagram

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no direct and complete structural diagram of hotel prefabricated buildings, but different prefabricated modular hotels have their own unique structural design features.

Bauhofstrasse Hotel in Germany: This hotel adopts prefabricated wooden structural modules. The walls, floors, and ceilings of its rooms are all made of cross-laminated timber that has been precisely cut by computer numerical control. This specially treated and cut timber can form a structure with certain strength and stability, thereby constituting container-style living modules. This design not only embodies the concept of environmental protection by utilizing wood, a renewable resource, but also fully leverages the lightweight nature of wood, facilitating the transportation and installation of the modules. Meanwhile, the concrete staircase plays a reinforcing role in the overall structure. It not only serves the function of allowing people to pass through but also enhances the stability of the entire building by connecting with the wooden structural modules, providing reliable vertical support for the wooden modules.

Tokanakart Rural Hotel in Russia: Its module design is relatively regular. The standard room module has dimensions of 3.5x7m and an area of 18 square meters. These modules are assembled in the factory, including interior decoration, installation of mesh structures, and sanitary facilities, etc. This factory-based assembly method ensures the quality and precision of the modules while reducing the workload and time required for on-site construction. The suites are assembled from two modules, and the reception building is assembled from three modules and some prefabricated components. This modular assembly method offers great flexibility, enabling the rapid combination of building spaces of different scales and functions according to different needs and site conditions.

Six-story Hotel Building: It adopts an assembled monolithic frame structure, with six stories above ground and a building height of 23.95 meters. In terms of horizontal components, it uses truss-reinforced composite floor slabs, which combine the advantages of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction, ensuring both the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the floor slabs while improving construction efficiency. Some frame columns on the 2nd to 6th floors are prefabricated columns. Produced in the factory, these prefabricated columns can better control quality and dimensional accuracy, reduce on-site wet work, accelerate construction progress, and also align with the development trend of green buildings.
